Sad to say we were not that impressed! Positives were that the portions of the roast were a good size and staff were friendly. Sadly the meat was tough in the roast, the place looks very dated. We won't be going back.

The only advice I'd give is to book to avoid missing out eating here. It has a very good reputation locally and fills up quickly. A great country pub with fabulous eats and great service. Always helpful and accommodating and we've never had a bad...More

Hi Lesley, thanks for your feedback regarding the stew. Due to the nature of the dish, and it being freshly made inhouse in a large saucepan, when laddled into bowls its hard to guarantee an equal selection of meats, but we are looking at ways...More

Told about this pub whilst staying in Lanner. Went there to see if it was any good - it was. The food was lovely. My only disappointment was that they had run out of Baked Alaska. Would recommend this place to everyone. Well woth a...More
