Great views, but we were not allowed to sit there even though they were not marked reserved. They claim to have GF options, apart from a pizza choice there wasn't much. Service was super slow. I had to send my order back as it was...More

Was taken to Sam's on the beach as a surprise from my dad! And the staff made you feel so welcome! They were serving roast dinners-which i had fancied all day! And i'm not a roast dinner person! So when the food arrived it was...More

We were staying in Fowey and had already been to the Sam's in town so were prepared for a good meal anyway, but Sam's on the Beach blew the other one out of the water! Amazing setting in an old lifeboat station, with windows looking...More

Sams on the Beach is on the smaller side, and therefore worth booking ahead. We had pizzas, salads and sardines which were all delicious. Efficient service too which is always appreciated when you have little people with you.

Good restuarant with lively atmosphere, excellent service, nice fish and seafood dishes. I had lobster, very nice but at £45 I would expect proper utensils to crack the large hard claws and I would also expect the kitchen staff to know how to do this,...More

Love all the Sam's restaurants - but On the Beach is my favourite. It's informal and frequented by unpretentious clientele. Great varied menu - fresh ingredients, amazing seafood, scallops are the best, slow cooked belly pork and I'm in culinary heaven... Staff are friendly and...More

Lovely friends took me to this place for dinner. Wow! What a delight! It's a former lifeboat station, so right on the beach, with beautiful views of the cove and sea. Look at my photos to see what a treat you have in store if...More

We came on spec having searched for a place near Par. Impressive surroundings and good service and great menu. We mostly ate pizzas which were tasty and well cooked. The sardines were delicious. The tables were level! 0 or -1 degree!
