We stopped in a cottage nearby and after reading some reviews on here thought we'd give it a try! We weren't disappointed. A welcoming feel attentive staff and short wait for home cooked food! My partner had steak and myself the scampi and was absolutely beautiful. Our little boy enjoyed meeting some of the local dogs which are allowed in!... More

My friend had the pork from the specials board and declared it very good. As a part time vegetarian I would have preferred a choice less reliant on carbohydrate such as pasta and pastry. I had the vegetarian pie and this was delicious. It was served with freshly cooked seasonal vegetables and plenty of them. On arrival we'd seen others... More

Went here twice and both times had Steak with peppercorn sauce. Absolutely top class. Could not fault anything with friendly comical staff and a decent pint. If in the area I totally recommend this place

The pub has now reopened after a refurbishment and is under new management. Food is now available every evening and at lunch times on weekends with fantastic homemade roasts every Sunday. We serve traditional homemade pub meals!

The Inn currently offers tribute and two other guest ales as well as a selection of lagers and Cornish ciders.
