Came here to celebrate my birthday. From my point of view I think that the staff are unnecessarily arrogant and it didn’t feel welcoming. If I compare it to Ramsay’s 3 Michelin star, it is nowhere near. You pay a very similar price and everything...More

The Waterside continues to be a first class three Michelin star restaurant. There is however something intangible missing now that Diego has left. Also food levels continueTo rise to astronomic levels.A meal for 4 persons with a modest wine can be £700! However the real loss...More

Best food and service we have experienced. Bit expensive, but when you consider there are only 5 Michalen Stared Resteraunt in the UK, you can understand it. Will go again

Not sure there is much to add that has not already been said , but here goes. Booked for my birthday as soon as bookings opened, so had 6 months to look forward to our visit and I was not disappointed. Came down for dinner...More

We have been to Waterside 4 times now and have always enjoyed it although nothing was as magical as our first experience. Our first visit was back in December 2014 for my 40th birthday, it was a total surprise to arrive at Waterside, then to...More

After the delights of the Fat Duck the previous night the Waterside had some big shoes to fill. From the moment we arrived to the last fork of food, the staff, setting and food were flawlessly executed. Very generous portions of delicious food. I had...More

All was great - atmosphere, service, and especially, food. Dishes are imaginatively composed and constructed, my only quibble is the chicken stock in the fish dish. Service charge was not added as it is included, i.e. the French way. The lunch offer was clearly of...More

As mentioned it was our anniversary so we thought we would go somewhere special and this proved to be just perfect. I didn't realise the restaurant had 3 Micheline stars but they proved warranted with a lovely lunch on the banks of the Thames. The...More

Tucked away at the end of a narrow lane, ending by the River Thames, thankfully there is valet parking. This service prefaced all that followed - attention to detail, nice decor, impeccable service, good imaginative food beautifully presented, friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere and a wonderful...More

You cannot just go in to the Waterside Inn for a drink. It is a restaurant and you have to book sometimes 3 - 6 months in advance to get a table both for lunch and dinner. It is a very exclusive 3 Michelin star restaurant.
