Bartender Sherri absolutely horrible. Waited for ever for service between drinks. Never will return.

Worst meal I've ever *almost* had. I came with my family last night for dinner. My sons ordered off of the menu, and my husband and I ordered the buffet. First of all, there was no employee in sight to cut the prime rib, so I had to do it myself. My husband and I both got some shrimp and... More
Food is OK. I eat here when I stay at the Holiday Inn next door. Has a lounge, Cafe, and fine dining room. Also get a discount ticket from the Holiday Inn to use at dinner. Service is great. Staff is friendly. Although I consider the food "good" many people in the area I talk to consider it to be... More
My wife and I met with another couple for the wine dinner which is now a wine or beer pairing dinner. This was the first time that I tried the restaurant and felt that it was a good overall experience. The four food courses included wine or beer pairing starting with crab cakes, salad, pork tenderloin, and apple dumplings. all... More
This day lunch was very good. I had fruit plate which was gorgeous and delicious. My friend had BLT which she enjoyed. We had cup of bean soup, which was good. The pies can not be beat.....the best anywhere. The prices are more than reasonable Our waitress has been there a long time and she is great.
My local friends suggested we come here for pie and decaf in the evening. They were right! The pie was superb. I asked the waitress for her suggestion on the pie. She recommended the coconut cream, and it was easy to see why. The soft custard filling was laden with generous quantities of coconut. The crust was thin and super... More
Used to live up there & our daughter moved back & just got married. She had her Rehearsal Dinner there and they get 5 stars! Really excellent food & service and good bartender! We ate in the restaurant, also, about a month before--also good. Don't know why the heading is Lamplighter Cafe. That is incorrect; it is a restaurant for... More
My burger was stale, and the bun tasted like it was as old as the place looked. I won't eat here again, but a lot of other local people like it, but I think it is only because that was one of the only places to eat in Delmont when they were young.
I love the lamplighter for breakfast in the coffee shop... Many choices, the best Western Omelet for the best price.. always a full coffee cup, pleasant service, great atmosphere, easy to get in and out.. booths plus tables for larger crowd. I have only been there for banquets so I can't remark dinner or lunch. There is also a breakfast... More
