Having previously visited its sister location, we stopped for lunch and were rewarded with a relaxing and excellent meal. The place is charming, the staff knowledgeable and attentive, and the food superlative.

Came here for a holiday luncheon (which was great) and decided to try dinner. The place is beautiful, great atmosphere. We ordered the baby back ribs (comes with FF and slaw) and wine. The ribs were good, but very fatty. A good wine selection with fair prices. All feedback received on the food was great, so I am assuming we... More

My spouse and I dined at the Limeport Inn for dinner on a Saturday afternoon in early November 2016. (We have dined here at least one time per summer over the past few years.) The restaurant is open daily (except Mondays) for lunch and dinner, and it accepts reservations (which are necessary on a weekend evening) by telephone. The property... More

Bar is warm and quaint with cool signs on the walls that are sure to generate a chuckle. Lunch specials are very good and so is the bar menu.

Variety on menu. I had the beet salad for lunch with grilled shrimp--perfect. Meyer lemon panna cotta with tangerine sauce was stupendous. My friend's pastrami sandwich a bit too salty. And her favorite dessert, the carrot cake was just as good as ever. We thought the service was the best of any time we have visited.

We thought the lunch special, a cheese steak sandwich with chips, was way overpriced at $15. The steak sandwich was dry. My wife's sandwich was garnished with a thin slice of red pepper and mine came without. The service was good. Waitress was nice. And got a window seat on the porch. The inn was busy hosting Christmas parties.

Enjoying the outdoor patio on a summer-like day, we appreciated the delicious menu choices, and the service was top notch. The French onion soup, chipotle shrimp soup, cornmeal-crusted salmon, and hamburger on a brioche bun satisfied our expectations for a special dining experience. Limeport Inn is always worth the long trek through the countryside to get there.

My husband and I came here on a Saturday night on our way to a costume party. We sat at their charming bar and two bartenders waited on us. Ambience is very unique: it's like sitting in a tavern from a century ago yet it has enough modern flair to keep it from being stale. We started with the lobster... More
