Lovely little restaurant with interesting decor. We had fresh salads at lunch (a spinach and a Greek salad) with fresh ice tea. Good lunch, great service.

Nice and quiet because never a full or even half full house when we are there. That's not a complaint for us. We enjoy the intimate setting and great service. Had the lollipop lamb, spinach salad with vanilla dressing and dessert of brownie with ice cream. Lamb was great. Definitely should have left the rest of it on the bone... More

Lobster ravioli was delicious. Shaun was our bartender and he was a delight. Prompt and friendly service.

We went because it was close and the What If Hershey was just excellent plus! Had the same meal - Salmon dish and bone-in chop. Service was slow because bartender had to do service bar also (understaffed) and it was not really busy. Food was very slow and chop was overcooked (a disaster with veal or pork). Salmon was just... The What If West is a nice little cafe/bistro in an odd location. Don't let the appearance of the business frontage discourage you visit though, the restaurant is clean and quiet with great service and food. A nice place for a couple to unwind at weeks end and enjoy a drink over diner.

Went there during happy hour. Had drinks and excellent appetizers. We had the Salsa/Guacamole/Black Bean which is served with chips and the bbq pork sliders. Both were very good.

This place is in ab odd location (Next to the Coliseum Amusements), but is very good and has nice atmosphere for dining with freinds. They have a great lunch menu with many yummy selections and combos. We went with 8 people and no reservation. They took us right away and allowed us to sit and converse for a long time... More

Normal skepticism when going to a restaurant in the midstate, but open the doors to this place and you will be very happily drawn into the style and setting from what I describe as " Eclectic 30's, 40's mesh of decor and ambiance. Our professional waiter quickly seated us and offered up our drinks, and made recommendations from the lunch... More

While the drinks there were very good, the service wasn't fantastic. Bartender told me that they were out of a specific kind of liquor and asked what she should use instead. When I suggested a lower shelf alternative (but the same basic type of alcohol) she asked if I was sure. I promised her it would be fine. Then I... More
