We absolutely love Panera and have been to twenty or more different locations while traveling. This store is average. It's our local store, so we still frequent the place, but just today we found ourselves at another Panera location due to travel and were astounded at how much cleaner, more organized, and less run down so many other locations seem... With allergies, it's always a gamble if you will have the food you ordered. The young woman who took our order was very careful and even got the manager to be sure that I wasn't going to get anything to eat that would make me sick. I ordered an Asian Arugula Salad without the dressing (just to be sure). Even... More

Good food, but I think it is a little pricey, so I don't go there too often. The soups and sandwiches are good. I don't usually get any desserts items.

I went out of my way to stop here for a loaf of bread. I've been meaning to for quite some time. The girl at the counter was very friendly, and when I thought I was done, she told me to take my time. So I added on 2 scones and a cinnamon roll. She explained their rewards card to... More

As a long time patron of Panera, I expected the quality to be consistent with other Panera's. The turkey bravo sandwich tasted ok but slightly dry and the cinnamon bun tasted very dry. The chips and tea were fine. I expected better. The Allentown PA Panera is much better.

We ate here with our Granddaughter. She really loved it. Food is fresh and tasty, but felt the prices were a little high. Would still return.

Crumbs and food scraps all over the floor! Grimy, crumb-strewn table tops. Wonder what the kitchen looks like? Hey! I'm not Mr Clean; wouldn't gripe about a thumb print on a wine glass, but this is over the top dirty. We live nearby in a small town with few dining choices, we've been here often with the same appearance. Tonight,... More

The people who work there are pleasant and usually efficient. They have always been accommodating with the the little details -- an extra plastic bag so I could share a loaf of freshly-sliced bread, for instance. The food is entirely predictable, and I mean that in a good way. The soup or sandwich or salad you get here will be... More

Stopped in during some travels. Line was long but moved fast. Food was great and place was pretty clean. Would recommend eating here. Would come back again.

We had arrived around 8:30pm. We stopped at this Panera several times in the past but this time we were both disappointed. Both restrooms were dirty, garbage hadn't been emptied and over flowed onto the floor. Tables were not wiped down, it took a little looking to find a clean one and there were only 2-3 tables of diners. Napkin... More
