We made a special trip to have lunch in the tavern. I had looked over there site and thought it would be a nice spot to stop. When we arrived they had a hand written note taped to the door saying they were closed for...January. Why have a site it you aren’t going to keep it current.More

Sorry about that, Roxanne. We got busy with the holidays and simply forgot to update the website. Yes, the restaurant is seasonal and is closed for the month of January. We will be having a special Valentine's dinner on February 14 and hope to reopen...More

There were 43 in the group for a tour and Buffet lunch. The wine list was limited, first choice claret was out of stock so I had Pinot Noir. All the choices were local Oregon wineries. The tour was excellent, learned Jack London wrote his...last novel while at the Inn. The buffet consisted of green salad, coleslaw, rolls, pulled pork, blackened chicken and Marion Berry cobbler. The chicken was a bit spicy but the pulled pork was excellent. The Marionberry cobbler was delicious. They also serve dinner but I don't know if it's Buffet are menu driven.More

Great little hotel with a cute bar and restaurant in the back and a large patio. Museum rooms throughout the hotel. Very unique spot right off the I-5 highway.

My husband & I stopped for lunch there (his first visit, my second) and had the Rogue Burgers with excellent (& unique) hand-cut fries & homemade sweet pickles. Delicious. The "Cobbler" was only marginally sweet cooked Berries with raw, plain oatmeal topping out of the...package! No crust, no Biscuit topping; nothing added! Even ice cream couldn't save it It was a joke.More

First time there, but not the last. We started with the cornbread, which unlike a lot of cornbread, was moist. My wife had the Dougall Smoked Chicken, and asked for aioli, as a condiment, it was superb! I had the chicken fried steak, with some...of the best country gravy i have ever had! Our server Cambria was very attentive and even put my milk in the freezer for me! Thanks GREAT EXPERIENCE!More

Fabulous!!! They smoke their own meats, oh my! There a two small dining rooms and a patio, where you can see the grounds. Everything we had was delicious and plated beautifully. One of the sides we had was a kale & mushroom dish, very tasty....Hats off to the chef!More

Enjoyed a night at the historic Wolf Creek Inn and Taverm in Wolf Creek, Oregon. It comes complete with ghosts. Dinner and breakfast were exceptional, and the service was great. Look forward to going there again.

Incredible historic Wolf Creek Inn and tavern is a perfect place to stop on your road trip through southern Oregon . Easy on and off the freeway . More importantly the staff Jesse and Andrew make you feel at home as soon as you come...in . Breakfast was delicious and the fire going and the original hardwood floors help create the best atmosphere . We didn’t stay over but we checked out the rooms . The beds look comfortable and clean . The BEST part was we hit the timing perfect for a ranger led tour of the inn. Tony was incredibly knowledgeable and so fun . He recreated history for us and knows about all the previous owners and some of the famous guests who have stayed ... clark gable . Mary Pickford ...Patrick james .. so fun ... if you are lucky enough to get Tony you will really have a special tour . 11:30 am . Have fun . We can’t wait to go back .More

After being closed for a few years, they are now open for business, Wednesday-Sunday for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This was our first time to eat breakfast here and if the atmosphere isn't enough, the food will satisfy you. Our waiter keep filling our coffee...and seeing if we needed anything. I look forward to coming back to have more meals here and maybe staying at the inn at the "Clark Gable" room. The history is interesting, so read about it when you come. It is a gem!!!More
