Ordering here for pick up could not have been easier. I felt very safe going inside to pick up my order. Everyone was wearing masks and keeping their distance. And on top of that the people were super friendly and helpful and the food was...absolutely delicious. I had the cobb salad and it was perfectly made. My husband had the country fried steak and it really hit the spot. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for good food and friendly staff.More

Great restaurant! Very friendly staff and awesome pizza. Also had a side of ranch dressing, which was excellent. My husband got the Timberline burger and said it was good as well.

During COVID-19, it is difficult to expect perfect service and when you take-out a supposedly dine-in food, it's just not fair to review them as we were in our normal times. That said, everything we ordered was so delicious. They packed the take-out food very...well. The restaurant was one of a very few that opened late so it was so wonderful to return from the tough Ramona Falls hike that we didn't need to cook at home. The hostesses were very helpful and patient with our very indecisive order placing. Both hostesses offered me water while I was sitting there waiting for our food. We'd been here four years ago when our kids were younger. They loved the food and the atmosphere here. We will be back when we visit again.More

I really can't say enough about this place. My son and I visited Mount Hood last year and came here and loved it. This year I thought they would be closed due to the pandemic, but much to my surprise they were open. I decided...to risk it and glad that I did. The staff here was amazing. Respectful and responsible to give anyone in the nation a run for their money. They didn't overcrowd the place and took social distancing very very seriously. Food was great as usual. My son can be a picky eater, but he loves this place's food, so that's a big win for me. I love the food too. This place reminds me of places that my parents would take me as a kid. A throwback that is up with the times and great food to boot. I don't know what the future holds beyond this pandemic, but I'd feel a lot better if every place was like the Zig Zag Inn. A place you can eat great food and know your in safe hands.More

Our server was so rude and condescending! He actually challenged me on a drink order saying “Well I’m a bartender here and I know how things work.” So I ordered very simple drinks for both me and my companion and they were not drinkable, absolutely...disgusting, but he wouldn’t take them off our tab. The food was gross too. I tried to give it to my dog and he wouldn’t even eat it!More

The Pizza was amazing! Double pepperoni was awesome . The waitstaff was very nice and quick. This place is worth the drive. The inn is a cool old log cabin with cool history.

Charming Ambience, Very Good Service, OK Pizza. In fairness, it could be that the pizzas were simply not to our taste. They were, in my experience, more Mt.Hood or Midwest than Manhattan or Milan. In fairness, I have to add that the portions are way...generous, the prices quite fair for the quantity, and the service close ot outstanding. I think this would be a terrific place for a group of friends or a family with kids.More

Came here for the pizza when we were headed back from Redmond. I wish the dough was a little thinner and put the toppings to the edge. The pizza had about 1 inch or more of just crust with nothing on it. They put a...good amount of tippings on the rest of the pizza. Need to extend to the edges.More

I went to this restaurant based on the reviews I read here. The 1st time I had pizza which was ok, nothing special. The 2nd time I had spaghetti and mystery meatballs. Quite possibly the worst I’ve ever had. The sauce was a bit too...sweet for my taste but the meatballs, (well, they were some kind of balls), had a consistency that I cannot describe. I’m not sure if they were mostly breadcrumbs with maybe 5% meat or just some kind of mystery ingredients but I could not get past a couple of bites. Do not understand the positive comments here. This was really bad food. Took it home in a box, fed it to my dog but was nervous for her safety. Won’t be back.More

Yes they have room for groups, would suggest calling ahead for a reservation. The service is fast, in our experience.
