Excellent surprise !! Had Saturday night dinner with son and his girlfriend. My wife and I had talked bout going here a few times, but it isn’t close to our home. Tonight we made the plunge. Really, really pleasantly surprised. Even with Covid the staff...did a great job. Service great. Food great with larger than normal sizes. Our group had artichoke dip, calamari, steaks, seafood, pasta, hamburger. All were excellent !! Will now make the trip for this great place again.More

First visit to this location. Went for a late Christmas dinner. We arrived about an hour before the dinner rush. Alexa was our waitress. Took our drink orders and answered some questions about the menu. This place was not busy at all. Only about a...half dozen tables were full. She brought us water, bread sticks, and after a delay, our drinks. An older couple arrived later and sat down near us. She returned and took our food orders. By now the restaurant was filling up with the dinner rush. We had our drinks and our food arrived about 15 minutes later. Not bad. However, things went down hill from there. After our food arrived, she never once checked on us. How is everything, do you need more drinks, nothing. She helped the people next to us 3-4 times, but always passed by our table or walked the other direction. We finished our dinners and wanted another drink. She came back once to pick up our empty glasses, but didn't offer anything, just walked off. My friend attempted to flag down another employee who walked by and ignored us. Other tables were getting plenty of service. Finally after at least 20 minutes, although I think it was longer, she returned and asked if she can take our empty plates, but once again, did not ask if we needed anything. I explained this is really poor service, her other tables are getting attention, and I wanted a drink refill, but she never bothered to check on us. No apology, only that she thought we were done, even though she never asked, and she will get a manager. She didn't even attempt to fix the problem. A couple minutes later a man, probably early to mid 30s, came by who said he was the manager, asked what the problem was, and I explained. All he said is sorry, asked if we liked the food, then said "here is your bill". No discount, refill, nothing was offered. He walked away. WOW... just wow. I paid and my friend essentially told him he has really, really bad incident resolution skills, he made zero attempt to fix the situation, just a bad apology, and showed no concern at all. Then he said, quote, "What do you want me to do?" At this point we told him we don't want anything because we will not return. Unbelievable. Waitress and manager don't care. There is nothing they can offer us after this incident. Customer lost.More

My server was great, the drinks were great. I pondered the porterhouse and went with the tri-tip with grilled chicken. I eat a lot of tri-tip because its not fatty. Sadly, this was. It was more like rare thin sliced rib-eye (and rib eye i...dont eat because its fatty) chewy and blech. My husband had tri-tip with ribs, and his was no better. Reading the reviews apparently this is an ongoing issue. The menu is greatly reduced but still a good selection. The fried zuchinni app is fabulous. I am curious though, on "land and sea" why the combos come with grilled chicken, bit i cant order grilled chicken in its own. We've been before. And we will go again.. Just likely not til after the cove clears, to see if the quality goes back up. I realize its hard to afford the bills with half the customer base, bit i would rather pay a bit more for quality than go out for "meh" food. I can get meh at applebees :)More

In this new world we live in, we have been using takeout more. At 4:45, my husband called an order in & said that I would pick up at 5:30. We called rather than ordering on line as the restaurant’s website does not take on...line orders unless you use a food delivery service (GrubHub, Door Dash or the like). I arrived a few minutes before 5:30 & was told it would be another 10 to 15 minutes more. After waiting 15 minutes, I was told it would be a few minutes more. When questioned, I was told our food was on the grill & I asked “how long it took to cook. It’s not like we ordered a 40 oz steak”. The staff said that if you order more than 30 minutes out, then they wait to start the order until the customer arrives to avoid your food getting cold. WTF!!! If I order for a 5:30 pickup & I’m not there at the stated time & the food is cold, then that’s my problem. At 5:55 order is finally ready. As I took the bag, I stated that the wait & service was “UNACCEPTABLE”. I get home & surprise, the 2nd side dish on one of our meals is missing. Husband called expressing his extreme displeasure to the General Manager. She stated that waiting to start the order is not their policy & said that she would talk to the staff & comp our meal. She also encouraged us to stop in again. I think not. We’ve lived with restrictions for over 3 months & during this time, I would think that restaurants would want my business and be more adaptable to takeout orders and staff would know how to handle the orders.More

Food is average, HH is daily, but weak, sugary and wine is short pours. In my opinion, it’s not worth the discounts!

We went there for a late lunch on Sunday. It was not very busy but we still waited 15 minutes for the waitress to take our drink order. After 15 minute she came back and told us one ingredient for my drink was out. I...ordered a new drink and it arrived another 15 minutes later. The food was fine and tasty. We were lucky, that the busboy realized, that only 2 of us had flatware, otherwise we would have eaten with our hands. All in all: the food was fine, the service sub par.More

A short walk from the hotel overcame my reluctance to eat here. My experience is that the eatery next a hotel is often marginal. This place lived up to that expectation. I asked to have the personal pizza and was assured I could get it...extra crisp and with extra pepperoni. What came was undercooked and with sparse pepperoni. I hate it when the center has not cooked and flops down... letting ingredients just slide right off. It was a generous size but the clumpy plastic tasteless cheese killed any appetite. To be fair it was happy hour cheap...but do not expect to enjoy it. Perhaps their other dishes would be ok....?More

No joke the top of everyone's mac did not have any glaze. It was plain noodles. Then halfway through they had a thin cheese sauce that was nearly flavorless. I added salt and pepper to make it edible. The pictures showed creamy thick mac and...cheese, and I got the dryest flavorless noodles I've ever had.More

1st time here and sadly will probably be the last. We had reaervations for Thanksgiving and I seen menu before and pic of what they posted. I had the turkey, ham dinner and it was bad, real bad. Turkey was dry even though it was...smothered in gravy. Gravy was super thin and tasted watered down. Ham was good. Stuffing was i swear Stove Top. Tasted identical. Mashed potatoes were ok but no decent gravy to put on them. My guest had same as me and thought it the same, my other guest had turkey dinner. They both hated it worst then me and said their salads were the best thing they had. This is probably the worst review Ive ever left a business but i want others to be warned if they plan on celebrating a holiday dinner here ...don't.More
