Sweet Server & Delicious Food

This location had just re opened and we were greeted by very kind and courteous staff. The atmosphere was fun and very country!

SOOOOO Disappointed

We tried to eat there 2 different times and both times the food was AWFUL. The bacon tasted as though it had been deep fried in very old oil. The most disgusting bacon I ever tasted. I spit it out.More

Was ok

food was ok. staff was freindly enough. disappointed that the truck had not come in so we could get souvieners. but that has not effect on the business itself. clean enviroment.

Great Food, Crew Needs Some Training

Our waitress was good, food was good. Was within walking distance from our hotel; the Fairfield Inn. While we were eating, one of the other bartenders was walking around mildly complaining about being there. I get it, I don't care for my job, either. But,...if customers are within earshot, thats not the time to be complaining. Take it into the back room. We had leftovers, which we took back to our room, and ate in the morning. This eased the pain of the somewhat high cost of dinner.More

Everyone was in a hurry. The menu is limited. I’m guessing due to covid? We just felt rushed. Sat with food but no silverware had to ask for that. Not the experience I remember from previous visits.More

Exceptionally great food

We were traveling thru the Dalles and saw this cute restaurant and decided to try it out. It was pretty busy so the service was a bit slow, but the food was so good that it was worth the wait. We decided to change our...previous plans and stay here the second night instead and we are very glad we did. Can't recommend it enough. The staff is truly friendly and helpful. This will be our go to place to stay from now on when we are traveling to Portland once a year!More

Nice breakfast

Nice staff and great breakfast. Followed all the covid rules so felt safe and clean. Split a cinnamon roll. Huge portions at great prices. Would eat here when we stop again

Was seated right away but it took a while for the waitress to come to our table. Ordered coffee and almost canceled it because we didn’t get it untIl we got our food. Prices were reasonable. Food was standard breakfast. Nothing that stands out. Not...a great waitress.More

Cinnamon rolls!

Went here for breakfast after staying at the hotel. They bring you a complimentary piece of their excellent cinnamon rolls. So good! Also, I love the decor— super cozy and clean.
