Waited 7 minutes behind a van at the window only to find out they were only chatting the entire time. They already had gotten thier drink over 8 minutes prior. The guy at the window was unapologetic about having me wait 7 minutes so they...could finish chatting and only offered the justification that this was a "very good customer." With that response I left without ordering anything.More

They're all the same, but I won't go here because there is a pre-existing coffee stand called Ruff Days Lattes right next door that has been there for 20 years. When Dutch Brothers moved in, access to Ruff Days was blocked from the road and...you have to practically drive through Dutch Brothers to get to it. I think is shady business practice and I won't support it. Please consider Ruff Days next time you're in Sutherlin and want a coffee!More

Never get a good cup of coffee at Dutch Bros. Usually very weak. They seem to do a big business here but we wouldn't go back. Ordered what is similar to a Frappe and got really sick on it.

Just another Dutch Bros drive thru but I have found all of them to be good. I will be back. I even get a free late sometimes.

Good service, you have to ask to have coffee hot, if not it comes warm, not good then. The lines are normally long, but they go fast mostly. Very friendly,
