Fantastic restaurant!! Easy to eat gluten free. We have been staying just out of sisters for the last two months and feel like this place hasn't been discovered. It's hands down awesome!!! Skip over the brewery and eat here instead.

Needed some real food on a Sunday night in Sisters. They had already started to roll up the sidewalks in downtown. We had noticed Rio earlier in the day, decided to try it out as options were running out. Great food and service, extensive menu. Very knowledgeable about Gluten Free is a big plus. Don't hesitate, this is well worth... More

We stopped in Rio with some friends on our way to a concert in Sisters. The fact that there was only one table occupied on a Friday evening should have given us a clue, but in my opinion it is hard to mess up Mexican food, especially when staying with something basic like tacos and enchiladas, which is what we... We have driven past Rio on multiple occasions but have never eaten there until last night. My wife and I went to Rio with a couple of friends; Three Creeks Brewing was full so we tried Rio. I guess that we should have taken it as a sign that when we arrived, we were the only customers in the dining... More

We tried to eat here since it was on lodge site however, a cook dressed man seated us on a TINY table. We asked for drinks and said it would be a while since they were very short staffed in the kitchen, she was helping him. We said that would be fine to wait, however he came back saying they... More

The service was amazing food was very distinctive and unique. Every time I go in to get Pollo Amalina "Which is his grandmas recipe" it taste the same every time I go! The Servers are very nice and humble but can be a kaotic place because of the lack of help. But the food is worth the chaos!

This is the best place I've ever been to. when I first sat down a server got to me pretty quickly and got me chips and salsa and water I love chips and salsa because it's kind of spicy but also had the vegetables in the salsa which tasted great. I then ordered a margarita and a cheese enchilada. this... More
