We are staying in Seaside for about 6 months and found this place when we first arrived. It is excellent! We have eaten here just about every 2 weeks since we arrived and have had many different dishes and they are all excellent. Prices are...good, good portions, meals are hot and ready when they say they will be, friendly owners. We definitely recommend this place!More

We ordered take out food that we then took back to our condo for dinner while staying in Seaside. We like to have both a chicken and a pork dish to share along with egg rolls, and everything we ordered had excellent flavor! I usually...like Thai food better than Chinese, but if I lived in Seaside, I think I would have to change my mind as I would be eating here a whole lot!!More

As the only remaining Chinese restaurant in Seaside, OR - this one is very good. It's not super ethnic Chinese food like any Chinatown, but is good Chinese American style - and I'm an Asian from LA. My wife loves the vegetarian choices and I...enjoy the meat dishes. Their food is flavorful. The portions are large enough that ordering 3 entrees for 2 people gives us 3 meals each. Personally we prefer to order the entrees vs the lunch specials - so that we can share.More

We love New Garden Asian! The food is always hot and delicious! The service is fast and friendly. We come visit the Seaside several times every year and we always find time to have dinner at our favorite Chinese restaurant!!!! Good work! We'll be back...soon! :)More

We stopped in to pick up lunch and it was amazing as always! They customize my granddaughter's noodles just the way she loves them. Always friendly service and great food. We stop in every time we are in town!

I was looking forward to this restaurant due to the great reviews. Their customer service was great, however the teriyaki chicken bento box was not good. There was limited sauce on the chicken and the texture was just off. The gyoza was decent, but unfortunately...cold after the 10 minute drive home. I love sushi but the sauce on the Salem roll was a strong, bizarre flavor. I honestly threw most of the food away. Their hot and sour soup was the only item I really enjoyed. I would not recommend this dish, but perhaps their other menu items are better.More

We were a little surprised that the indoor dining room was not open since the majority of the restaurants in Seaside were. We ordered take-out and took the food back to our beach cottage to eat. Excellent orange chicken, potstickers, fried rice, vegetable chow mein...and sweet and sour pork here. :)More

Nice Asian on Oregon Coast Best Asian we have found on the Coast. The rice was exceptional as in other reviews. Food was authentic..we liked the dishes that travel like Mandarin chicken. Important as it is takeout at the moment. But the surprises were the...edamame dish. The eggplant was great. The potstickers and calamari did not travel well. I highly recommend this restaurant. Even worth a stop in Seaside as a change from clam chowder.More

We ordered takeout & picked it up 10-15 minutes later, eating in our room at the condo. The General Tsao's Prawns were so tasty we didn't want the serving to end! It was simply terrific to our taste. The steamed rice was better with a...little sauce from the dishes spooned onto it. We also enjoyed the Szechuan Fried Squid, which was good, but not as exquisite as the Tsao Prawns.More

The fried rice was terrible, the eggplant was steamed rather than fried before being sauced, and I had a raging MSG headache afterward. My husband's stir fry was unmemorable. Service was pleasant.
