Seriously, school lunch is better than the Old Spaghetti Warehouse. The decor is tired, the staff is tired and the food is definitely tired. If you want overcooked pasta with sauce that tastes like it came out a jar, iceberg lettuce salad, this place is for you.

We came with a large group for a birthday party. Took a long time to set up our table for some reason considering there was almost no one in the restaurant and I believe the leader of our group had called ahead. But besides that, the service was good and the food was outstanding! Dinner started with a typical house... More

We've been here twice. Honestly, we assumed that the first experience had to be a fluke... and we forgot how truly BAD it was. You get pasta and a choice of a few different sauces to put on it. The sauces were completely tasteless... except for paste. you could taste that. I have much higher expectations for my pasta. If... More

Going in on a open mind on a Saturday Afternoon, hopefully reading the previous post that I would a better experience than most. Unfortunately, they were right. Service was poor. It took 15 mins get to get a water to our table. The food was bland, and salty, and my sauces was scarped from the bottom of the pan w/burnt... More

The staff was friendly and attentive. It did take over 35 minutes to be seated when they did not appear to be busy at all. The bread and drinks came quick and were very good.As was the soup and salads. The food took about 25 minutes for the 4 of us, which I wouldnt mind if it were hot when... More

Length of wait for a table when the restaurant was nearly empty: WAY too long. Service by young, untrained, high school kid as host: pitiful. Felt sorry for the guy, all he did was apologize over and over to each guest. Not his fault but he took the brunt. One coughing waitress, one loudly announcing her cigarette break, and then... More

I went with a small group of six people , we all payed separately , which is a pain . But they were very pleasant about it. Our server was very cordial and attentive. The food was good ; pasta with choice of sauce soup or salad , a drink , and even dessert under ten dollars. This was for... More

Went there on a recent visit to Salem, with my daughter who is in college there. The food was quite good, the place wasn't empty but wasn't busy, the service was very nice, and it wasn't expensive. The only negative is that the decor is old, and the place does feel old-style. We'll definitely go back.

There is no way that it should take 30-45 minutes to get served after ordering! We had a large party - about 20 people - and it took nearly 30 minutes to get our orders taken. Then an inexcusable long wait to be served. My wife ordered meat sauce and told me it was like Prego with a very few... More

This place has such potential. We frequent often but each time gets more disappointing. Slow and poor service. Food was bland and luke warm. Coffee had been warmed in microwave. Tables not being cleared promptly. Soup spilled on floor and even tho the server new she spilled it did not clean it up until we ask. We were worried about... More
