Anytime I travel I MUST have a Starbucks to be able to walk to, this is only 2 blocks from the Grand Hotel downtown. Easy to find, and friendly staff. Quite small for a Starbucks but looks like they are building a brand new one...More
In a hard to find location but never too busy. Service was friendly and product the quality you come to expect.
Its a starbucks and serves the purpose, gave me a nice jolt of energy in the early morning and made me happy.
It took us 20 minutes to find parking. We finally parked in a loading zone behind the building while my husband stayed in the vehicle, I went in and ordered and vice versa. Order came out wrong, but the staff was polite.
I always make a point of walking down to the Starbucks, being a Starbuck-city cup collector. To date there is no "Salem" cup available, but the workers I talked to were very friendly and helpful.
This is the first time I ever have been disappointed with my coffee from Starbucks. It was very watery and lacked taste. My husbands bought a different kind of coffee and he was also disappointed.
