I have been to Northern Lights many times, and am never disappointed. Fairly new movies for cheaper than a regular theatre, and you can eat tasty food! I like that they have beer and wine available as well as a variety of food. They also host different events - comedy shows, parties, etc.

This place is nice for the realist who wants a good time for a reasonable amount. You can see live comedy shows (as we did this time around) for about $12 and they are ok to good. It always depends on the comedian they have. They have movies for family times ($3, more for 3D) and for adult times (same... More

I've been coming to the Northern Lights Theater Pub for almost 10 years now. The prices that they have are WAY cheaper than at the regular "big box" theaters. Sure, they raised the price from $3 to $4, but it is still very affordable to come here for dinner and a movie. Where else can you see a movie, get... More

Wonderful place for date night! For only $3 you can watch a movie with your significant other (or family, friend etc)...add on a couple more dollars and you can experience the BEST movie theater popcorn in Salem! A few more dollars added and you can have one of their delicious meals freshly prepared and delivered to you during the movie.... More

After all these years they are still only three dollars per movie. It's so amazing that they're able to keep this price. The movies are second run, which means they are roughly 4 to 8 weeks old most of the time. Half of each auditorium has the seats removed and a row of tables in front of you so you... More

This is such a steal when seeing a movie. $3 any time. However the last time we went we couldn't get in because it was too crowded. Theaters are pretty small. A previous time we had gone very early and the theater wasn't ready yet so people started just filling the small lobby. There was no real order to it... More

This place proves that going to the movies can still be affordable and they up the experience by having tables and beer/wine. They're also very supportive of our veterans -- something extremely important to me. Keep doing what you're doing!

I enjoy the nachos at Northern Lights so much I wish I could go there just to eat. In my opinion the only cons here are the servers do not deliver drinks, the seats are a bit hard for my back and people tend to take the handicap seats before I can get in the theatre since I can't stand... More

This is the place to really enjoy a show and great food. The popcorn is the best in town and their salads are incredible and all for a great price.

I love Northern Lights. The price is right for instance today my wife and I saw a movie and shared a large Ice Tea all for $8. The seats are comfy with plenty of leg room, the food is good and reasonable and the movies although not first run are very good. So if you don't have to see a... More
