Wanted a fun stop for ice cream treat after buying Granddaughter school clothes. Ice cream sundaes were delicious and had a '50's diner ambience.

Service was awesome. We had sandwiches, ice cream, and shakes. All were good and worth the price. I loooooved my shake!!!... More

Not the first place a tourist is likely to visit but go a little out of your way and DO visit this quaint ice cream parlour. The owner and ladies there are so friendly and happy to help. The ice cream itself is wonderful and makes for an excellent stand alone dish or milkshake. There isn't too much choice, which... More

This place has killer shakes and good food, the service was slow but good, the prices could be better but you get what you pay for with fresh bread made in house and wonderful deli meat!

We asked at the local BBQ place where the best place in town was to get shakes because they didn't have any. They said it was this place. While the name and the outside weren't that appealing, the people were great. Our kids lived the shakes, the subs were average and the clam chowder was really good surprisingly. Homemade potato... This is a classic Ice Cream parlor like seen in SanFranscisco or Portland. Great selection huge portions. Come with your wallet open though the prices are not from the 1890's a tad pricey but very good.

I went with my husband and was very disappointed. It was noisy and the place was dirty. There were crumbs on the chairs and even after the waitress wiped the table down it was still sticky. When we got our food we were ravenous because they took 45 minutes. For what reason should a sandwich take that long. The chicken... More
