While, as others have said, the environment is a bit chaotic, it is tough to run an eatery while obeying all the current restrictions. We found the staff very pleasant, helpful, and understanding despite some chaos. The sommelier couple showed amazing talent in wine selections,...and everything we ate was delicious. The covered porch dining area was a bit chilly and could use more light, but given current constraints, we were impressed with the unrushed service and excellent food.More

Once arriving up the front porch, badly in need of repair, one can either wait at a small bar of be escorted outside to go back inside to a new giant sun room attached to the back or maybe front/side of the Victorian. The food...is sort of a conglomeration of Marie Callenders served by very young attendants, energetic, but completely lacking in sophistication but probably prepped by the owners to stress farm to table stuff, mainly pork. Good thing the staff is young for the kitchen, for some strange reason, is on the second floor of the building accessed, for the staff, by a strange narrow servant's stairs. The place is pleasant, once one gets past the Lowe's garden environment, the staff is attentive, unless one wants a specialized drink, Evan Williams on the rocks, and the food is OK.More

Lovely place, friendly atmosphere. We ordered to go, therefore, looked at menu on line. Also called to ask about a gift certificate we would be using. They stated their menu had changed, but upon looking, the current menu was online. Once arriving we were routed...to the back area, as Covid restrictions were in order. We ordered two Choice Filet Mignon, Mole rub, Mashers & Asparagus (36.00 each). In addition, two orders of Sauteed Mushrooms with the dinner ($5.00 each). We also ordered the Pizza and Salad for Two. ($25.00) ALL OF WHICH WAS ON THE ONLINE MENU, CURRENT, ACCORDING TO THE OWNER. Upon placing our order when arriving, the waiter informed us they no longer had the Pizza for two on the menu, so we ordered a single pizza and single salad. There was no mention that the menu had changed as far as the rest of our order. We were not looking at the menu, we told him we already looked on line. Our tab came to $101.00 and gave a tip of $10.00to the owner, for takeout (no waitressing services needed). When we got home and opened the meal boxes, each box with the filet mignon, had only the filet and french fries. No mashers, asparagus or sauteed mushrooms. The filet was excellent and melt in your mouth good, but huge disappointment that we spent $36 for the meat and some french fries. The pizza was just ok.....would not order again. I called and spoke with the owner regarding our missing items. She looked on line and their menu wasn't current. She apologized and said they were no longer serving the mashers or asparagus and didn't know what happened with the sauteed mushroom orders. She also added that it is hard times right now and they can't even pay for a dishwasher. Understandable and I feel for the small businesses right now. That should not have an impact on their customers receiving the meal ordered. BUT, she did say that if we want to come in next weekend with an order they will give us mushroom at no cost and plenty of extra. Nothing about the other items we were supposed to receive with our original order. When ordering, there was no mention of the menu change. YES, we were charged for our entire order. So basically, we paid $36.00 for a piece of meat. You can't really count the french fries in my opinion....(how much does a potato cost) I rather doubt we will go back to buy a high priced meal, just for some $10.00 sauteed mushrooms. *Note: The price of the meal isn't an issue, it's paying the price and not receiving the entire meal. This was our third time eating at this restaurant. Once at their Thanksgiving buffet. The previous two visits there were no complaints. Great food, service and atmosphere. As a matter of fact, we were very impressed.More

A beautiful evening spent in the most visually lovely departure from the norm in our little town. Salvador & the entire staff went above and beyond the entire evening from the flawless drinks (the sexy lady with passion fruit juice is divine) to the food....Everything was prepared perfectly. If you're in a rush don't sell yourself short, come in with time to spare- enjoy the music, setting, and maybe a couple of slow dances under the stars in front of the outdoor fireplaceMore

Such a great selection of food for Sunday Brunch. Fruit, yogurt, bacon, sausage, omelettes made to order while you watch, pastries, and so much more! The ambiance cannot be beat. Beautiful setting in the garden room, lovely dining room or on the patio by the...fireplace. They have a bourbon tasting bar room, which is all dark and cozy. We love this place and drive from Eugene just to have brunch here.More

We were both very pleased with our evening at the Parrott House. A unique dining experience in a very pleasant setting. The place is nicely decorated and a comfortable ambiance. The menu had many options and our meals had a unique flair. Chef inspired meals,...not your average fare. Dinner was well prepared and we both enjoyed our selections. Service was good and prices were reasonable. That evening we were treated to some pleasant guitar music by a talented musician. He Really set a nice mood for us. The place has an upscale feel with a come as you are atmosphere. The Parrott House was a great pick for a memorable evening.More

My wife and I went for dinner on Valentine's day. The place is nice and the people were very professional. We both ordered the salmon... it was not very good, probably farmed salmon and it had no taste. I doubt if we will go back.

This is a fabulous place to go. The food is great and the staff is great, but the real kicker is the ambience. This is an old Victorian Mansion converted into a bar and restaurant. It is a must see, even though it is a...little difficult to find. It is definitely of the beaten path. They also have the largest Whiskey menu I have ever seen.More

Nice ambiance and good service but food is a bit bland and unimaginative and mixed drinks could use some help as well.
