We stop here when we hike near Mt Hood, probably 10 times per year and we love it. Great atmosphere and great food, and very convenient for Mt. Hood hikes. Service has always been good and quick. There’s really nothing to complain about. Huevos rancheros...and eggs Benedict are both killer. Wife loves the BLT.More

We stopped in for breakfast after a recommendation from one of the locals (Chris at Page Mount Hood Auto and Tire), My first bite was the baking powder biscuit - one of the best I have ever eaten. The next was my steak minus the...egg (allergy) and potatoes. Was so good! We will definitely make this a stop on our way over the mountain. Thank you Zig Zag mountain cafe for taking so many precautions during this time to help us all to feel safe. Your crew is amazing!More

Met friends for lunch. Everyone had something different, my hot turkey sandwich was good, it really could of had a little cranberry sauce to make it even better. Other half order the hot beef sandwich. Expected to have sliced beef as most restaurants serve. The...meat was pot roast, the taste was good, but filled with chunks of fat. Pizza looked good so might try that next time. Waitress was great, on top with drink refills. Beautiful log work inside.More

The Pizza that they serve here is huge. We had to throw a lot of it away which was a shame bc it was really good. If you don’t have 4 or more people do NOT order a medium. The pizza itself was really good...and we enjoyed it. I like thin crust and they made the regular, I felt bad but they made us a new one pretty quickly. It was great. Highly recommend this place, friendly service.More

We dropped in for an early dinner with a three-year old. Her fries were delicious and my Monte Cristo sandwich was to die for!

In this area on vacation and stopped for lunch. Wow what a surprise. Somewhat rustic outside but very clean and fairly extensive menu. Only open till 2 but food was fantastic. I had the teriyaki bowl and my wife the polish sausage sandwich with unbelievable...homemade curly fries then blueberry cobbler with ice cream. Prices reasonable too. Highly recommend.More
