If we ever want GOOD Mexican food, this is the place we like to go even though it takes an hour to get there!! Love their Shrimp Quesadilla - I know I should try something else, but I always end up with that. Their whole menu looks good.

We had dinner at Diego's in Redmond on a busy Tuesday evening. The restaurant and patio are welcoming and alive with activity. Their menu is a delight of (mostly) seafood based Mexican and Latin dishes - - the Shrimp Chili Relleno is a delicious chili in a rich, creamy shrimp and cheese sauce that is very nearly the best Relleno... My husband and I went to Diego's for a special dinner. In all honesty, the steak that night was the very best I've ever had. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed fresh chips and salsa while we waited. We will certainly come again for our date nights.

Right on the main drag in the heart of Redmond, Oregon this is one of our 'go to' places when in central Oregon. Just 20 minutes from Bend on US 97 it's well worth the drive. Diego's Spirit Kitchen has great food, lots of it, with a Mexican spirit, and the steaks are delicious. They have a great margarita selection,... More

We've eaten here several times in the last 3 years and the food has always been served piping hot and tasty (food that should be hot and served cold is a turn off for me). Prices are fair and drinks are good. Layout of the restaurant can be a bit cramped when they are busy.

The verde' sauce is tangy and good... the tableside guacamole is good too. My guy recently had a steak salad that was first over-cooked, and when he mentioned it to the waiter, he quickly brought a new steak out, that was perfect and so juicy and delicious. I've eaten here several times, so I must like it. In the past,... More

This is the best food we have ever had. I assume it was the owner who pulled my chair out to sit down.A true gentleman. We had driven 8 hrs hauling an rv on bumpy roads with high winds. THIS restaurant made our day !

The Restaurant exhibit somewhat of "disjointed” décor and menu options. The food was average …. The décor of the restaurant didn’t match the food options. We won’t be back

Of all the times we have been to Central Oregon, and this gem has slipped by us! Aye Carumba! No longer mi amigos! We loved this place. And our server was patient and kind in teaching us about their authentic soup, pozole. So much so, we came home and made a pot of our own. Such a fun dining experience... More

Food excellent and so is the service. They don't take reservations which is a distinct negative but it's worth the hassle.
