Thanks to my son, I have finally found the best New York pizza available on the west coast! One bite, and I felt like I was back in New York all over again... and that's saying a lot. I'm a native New Yorker who moved away from the city in 1987, lived in Florida for 10 years, then southern Oregon... More

Always my favorite pizza, hands down. Divey atmosphere, pizza by the slice in a hurry, friendly, fast service, a few places to sit indoors and out, clean restrooms. Thin, crispy crust, perfect marinara and lots of melty cheese. My favorite is pepperoni with Italian sausage and mushrooms. $3-4 a slice, can't beat it.

I thoroughly love the pizza at this place. I find it tasty and some of the better pizza in town. Hard part is getting there. Small quaint atmosphere not much seating so I always get couple slices to go. Parking in the neighborhood is very difficult so be warned. Wished they had an east side store.

This long-time restaurant in NW Portland consistently serves good pizza. As a native New Yorker, I find it well-named as it is similar to pizza served in NY. I find it the best pizza in Portland.

If you like authentic, thin, NY style pizza this is your place! Best pizza around! We've been to Italy and had amazing pizza there, but this place competes even with that!

I have been here once before a few years ago and it was really good so while out and about shopping today I decided to take my husband here instead of Slice where we usually go because he had never been. The pizza was ok, it threw me a little that the food was handled with out gloves but it... More

Escape From New York Pizza in Portland has been my favorite pizza for thirty years! I don't think they've changed their decor or the newspaper clippings (haha) but that's not what their about. They are about the best pizza, perfected and consistent year after year. My favorite is pictured here; we order half and half. We stop by for a... More
