Wonderful place to eat with varying tastes. The service was incredible and the food was so good that we almost wanted to reorder our dishes. The empanadas melted in your mouth.

This is one of the best restaurants I have gone here several times and the place has never let me down... we go for special occasions and also when we have friends and family. I have eaten all over the world and several Michelin star restaurants and wonder why this place hasn't got one so far...

Visited during a recent business trip – not far from my hotel, and the reviews were good. The Margarita was awful (and served in a water glass!). The appetizer of assorted root vegetable chips was perhaps the best part of my dinner – long, wafer thin fries of unusual tubers that came with 3 delicious salsas. The waiter hurried me... More

We stopped into this Andina's on a whim. The restaurant is beautiful. We so enjoyed trying multiple small dishes and sharing. My only issue would be the noise level It was very loud and at times even difficult to talk??

The food was fantastic and tasteful. The spices and flavor were out of this world. We had Lomo Saltado and Seco a La Norteña, they were both delicious. For desert we had the panna cotta. The service was courteous and great. We will come back again.

Quite possibly the most savory meal I have ever experienced! Our group opted to share 8-10 small plates for lunch - all were beyond enjoyable. We tried seafood, poultry, beef, quinoa, veggies - you name it, we loved it! The service was outstanding - the waiter was always ready with a recommendation, but not overbearing at all. Andina's Peruvian fare... More

WE have dined here three times. It is a Peruvian restaurant, family owned, with a wonderful menu. The service is exceptional, and the owner always stops by our table to ask if all is well. It is also in a nice neighborhood, and has a beautiful interior. The wait staff always knows the menu completely and are able to answer... More

Andina draws inspiration from the native culinary traditions of Peru, as well as from the contemporary cooking by some of Peru’s leading chefs. Owner Doris Rodriguez de Platt, collaborates with Andina’s kitchen team to develop a menu that celebrates her family’s Andean roots, interweaving the ideas and techniques of both Criollo and Novo-Andean cuisines. The kitchen sources native and local ingredients to create dishes at once traditionally rooted and personally inspired. Founded in 2003, Andina emerged as one of the region’s leading Peruvian restaurants and continues to generate wide appeal within the food communities in and around Portland, and much further afield.
