El Gaucho is the answer to the question by any potential steak aficionado who wonders about the great place for great cuisine, prompt service and live flamenco guitar music... taking into consideration that he is not on tight budget, because the prices are indeed high...More

We decided to do a Christmas Dinner Special with a few friends and we splurged and went to El Gaucho's. My wife and I have been there only a couple of times as its fairly expensive, but we always get the Chateaubriand. Its a Dinner...More

The ambiance is amazing and the service is solid. The beef is prime so you can't really go wrong. But, when I pay as much as I paid for a steak as I did at Gaucho, I expect everything to be pretty much perfect. A...More

I recently went to this restaurant as part of a large group. The appetizers were good, but the entrees were extremely disappointing, particularly given the prices. We were never asked how we wanted out steaks cooked, which was very surprising given the reputation of this...More

I have been to dinner at El Gaucho many times...solo, with friends or family. The food is always outstanding! Good wine selection. Good bartenders. Friendly and knowledgeable wait staff. Nice atmosphere. A great special occasion restaurant! It is expensive!

Mouthwatering steak, tasty side dishes. We ordered several sides to share between a group of 5 people. Service was outstanding. Friendly and knowledgeable waiter.

This is a first class steak house that knows how to prepare filet “bleu”. The sides are also appropriate. The spinach was sautéed so that it was still green. The bread pudding had a wonderful blueberry sauce. There is an excellent wine list with many...More

I don't believe you can smoke directly inside the restaurant but perhaps ask if they have a room to accommodate.

We were served bread shortly after sitting. It was a single option (they may have others if asked) of a nice lightly crisp herb or garlic (if garlic, very light on garlic) bread. It was very enjoyable.
