Our breakfast pastries, cookies, cakes & other sweet treats are made w/ rbst-free, locally made butter & dairy products, flour from sustainably grown wheat farms in Washington state, & the best chocolate, nuts & fruits we can find. We search high & low for ingredients of the best quality & value, w/ a focus on local, small producer, & sustainably produced/grown items. One bite & you will taste the difference.
Our Danish, croissant, & brioche are made on site in the traditional French manner–a process that takes three days from mix to lamination to bake. Orders of 15 pieces or more require three days advance notice.

The Pearl Bakery must be coasting on some prior glory. The croissants are dry and leathery, not buttery and delicious. The coffee drinks are weak, and the space crowded. Not much to recommend it.
