The flavors are amazing! The service is amazing! The prices are are incredible for a downtown location! If I had to chose only one place to eat in Portland, this would be it! Everything is lovingly handmade and fresh, and there is no way I could ever choose a favorite dish. Each time my daughter orI arrive home from a... More

We decided to do something different for Christmas dinner this year. Our son suggested Mediterranean food. We did the ol' TripAdvisor search and found Tangiers. It was superb. Atmosphere is casual and food is delicious! The tables were full with Christmas patrons enjoying themselves The selections were wide in assortment:Vegan, vegetarian, meat lovers. They offer a full bar. We will... More

First time here and the food was very good, tried the meat plate for a variety of tastes. Rice and sauce was very tasty as well. it's a quaint little place with a very friendly staff. Will try it again!

The setting is very disappointing, borderline spartan: you have the impression of the whole furniture is second-hand. There is almost no decoration and no ambient music either. The service is good, not awesome, especially knowing the restaurant is not a cheap eat. The portions served when the dish has any kind of meat are really small for the price paid.... More

Ended up in this place by accident but that turned out to be a good thing. Food is really good and you not only can get Moroccan but also Mediterranean dishes which we didn't try. Would definitely come back if I'm in Portland again.

We enjoyed our visit to Tangier Moroccan. The food was not the best I have ever had, but it was good. The staff was incredibly friendly and their smiles made my day.

Attempted to go to this restaurant. Found the entrance has a 4" step that, using an electric wheelchair, I could not traverse. The message I got was that my patronage wasn't wanted.

If you like Lebanese or Turkish food, you will enjoy this place. A pretty unassuming restaurant but very friendly staff. The place was very quiet when we went and the service very quick. The portions are large and super tasty. If you are not feeling hungry, don't order a starter. We had the lamb shanks and Moroccan chicken as mains... More

Great soup and appetizers that really will make for a complete meal. The service was a wee bit slow but worth the wait. do not go if you are in a hurry.

I loved this restaurant. Inexpensive and the best chicken shwarma I've ever had. They have quite a large menu for a small restaurant.

Thank Linda S
