This was recommended to me and I was not disappointed. The gravy alone is worth the trip. The chicken was so crispy it bordered on over cooked but the heavenly gravy was so good I would eat it on cardboard. Very good biscuits too. Give it a try!

Terrific chicken - excellent peppery batter for the mix. Limited seating but patrons move along. Breakfast options are best for the biscuit eaters. Chicken and biscuit left me with a fast food feeling stomach. Biscuits were too greasy to eat by hand. Good heat for outdoor covered seating which was noisy & uncomfortable.

Well, yes! An exceptionally high rating for an exceptional breakfast, which are usually ho-hum at best! The former reviews and pics are right on...will go back here at the first opportunity!

A breakfast/lunch place that has fresh and very tasty food. The biscuits were being freshly made during our visit. The service is fast and friendly. We had the fried chicken sandwich with gravy. It was fantastic. The prices are very reasonable. We will eat at this establishment whenever we visit the area.

The most delicious well prepared flavor explosion I have had in a long time. The chicken sandwich now a chicken platter is out of this world. Words are nothing when describing this meal. YOU must and I mean must have this you will not regret it at all but yet find your self fully satisfied and will leave your mouth... More

We had 6 people in our Party and we had a total of 15 menu items. Totally Awesome! Everything was tasty and truly worthy of praise. The wait was about 45 minutes but once inside the Aroma therapy had us ready for the feast we created. Did I say Awesome?

Food is so fresh, flavorful with creative combinations - Cocktail menu is also a plus. Located in a gentrified area of the city therefore, there are many interesting shops/venues in the area. You will leave totally sated and likely take a side home for later . Biscuits are made fresh as you watch - staff is friendly

Saw this on Diners Drive In's and Dives so i had to check it out. WOW! One of the best meals i have had in Portland. Stick to the ribs food! Be prepared to stand in line as the secret is out.

The quality is very good, the wait is just getting ridiculous. Most PDX breakfast spots gave you an advantage if you showed up before the hipsters, dinks and Gramma and Granpa in for a visit with Cooper and Winny and precious little Olivia rolled out of bed. No more. Now, like apizza scholls there is a line before they open.... More
