My steak was very good and cooked perfectly, and my dinner salad was fresh, tasty, and huge. My micro beer was also excellent, as was the dessert. The owners and employees of this restaurant clearly care about the their food and customers.

This is an amazing establishment. This is a small restaurant. You can get a reservation for lunch or dinner during the week. The weekend breakfast is first come, first serve. Which wasn't a problem for us. We got there before it opened and waited in...More

Tasty place for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch. One big problem is that it isn't open every day or even days in a pattern you'd expect. A little heavy on curry flavorings, but many delicious vegetables and meats and fish. Definitely worth trying in Philomath.

Fun and unique place to have a great meal. A very Oregon kind of place. GTF is a small farm that produces everything free food and serves it in season. The menu is not restricted, however, and offers an interesting variety of good stuff. Our...More

Lunch was outstanding. Attentive server who was not impatient with our questions, lovely setting and the food! My sister said it was the best pizza she has ever had (white with bacon and caramelized onion) and mine was great (red, fresh basil and roasted garlic)....More

The whole time they have been serving outstanding luncheons and dinners, we have never been in on a Saturday for brunch. Today we went in around half past eleven and we were seated within ten minutes. Our orders were taken soon thereafter. Our wait time...More

Great bakery; Solid Saturday breakfast; Their evening meals are always a treat. Because of its ambiance and unique rural location, this is a destination spot for us when out-of-town guests visit.

Description
At the Farmstand, we highlight fresh exquisite produce at its absolute best. The care that goes into our produce is the same care that goes into producing our menu. We prepare our menus and dishes with deep respect for the European tradition of peasant cuisine. We work with our hands. We make our own pasta. We bake our own bread. We make pates, mousses, terrines, hams, and sausages. Some items will be familiar and some will be an adventure. All dishes will be crafted thoughtfully with respect to the land and local businesses.
