This is a great pub. Large selection of local beers. And I got my Gin and Tonic. It's quite large, so it can accommodate large groups. Lots of young people and great staff. Very friendly and helpful. I had a portobello sandwich. Delicious. Fries are made there and plentiful. Delicious!

Really good food, beer and now cocktails! I love the Bloody Mary with the calamari tacos for some reason. That's my go to!

We take visitors here for dinner as we enjoy the old building the restaurant is in, the food is always good, we always order onion rings ,yum. Great choice of brews here and to top off good dessert if you have room.

We visited the Prodigal Son Brewery for dinner and ordered the onion rings as an appetizer and fish and chips as an entree. The onion rings were the best I have ever had. I always have liked onion rings, but I never LOVED them until I went to Prodigal Son. The fish and chips were also very delicious. I highly... More

This is a great place. There is fine food and fine beer. It can hold a crowd. Every table is different. The name alone ought to get you to visit--for at least a cup of coffee.

If you care about locally sourced, quality ingredients, this is a good bet. We arrived in town and went inside, because the place looked casual, cozy, and had a cool vibe. It's a seat-yourself place with good pub food that goes beyond the normal fare. The grass-fed, local burger was delicious. The scallops were cooked well (not overdone or rubbery).... More

We don't drink, but enjoy this restaurant anyway because of the good food. Also we have a 4 year old son and really appreciate the fact that they have a kid's play room. He loves it and asks to go often :)

The beers tend toward "regular" microbrew styles -- several IPAs, a hefe, a stout, a porter. (There sometimes is a sour but it was out the day I visited.) That "regular" focus is to be expected, though, in the only brewpub in a small pub. They have to try to please a general population. And they do! It's a lively... More
