We were pleased and surprised with these wonderful chicken enchiladas and refried beans. One of us had a flavorful green sauce over hers. I enjoyed a mildly spicy red sauce and plenty of it. The chicken filling was all breast, juicy and good. The wait...person was new. She checked with the kitchen for our special request of extra beans and no rice. Before our main we feasted on homemade salsa and warm crisp chips. We got a second basket full. No charge. Easy on and off the freeway. We went on a Tuesday.. Taco Tuesday, right? The tacos were .50 off - woo hoo!! Party on, Wayne. So between my hubby and I, we ordered a Carna Asada taco, two Carnitas tacos, and a Chorizo taco. Literally the only one that was edible...was my Carna Asada - which was actually quite yummy. But the other three tacos? Blech....we each took 1-2 bites and that was all we could handle. (The waitress never once asked us how our dinner was, because sadly, I think she knew.) Pork is usually a safe bet at a Mexican restaurant..slow cooked, kept in the crock pot, etc... This was the worst Carnitas I have ever had. It was very dry and difficult to chew. Even after chewing like 20 times...it scraped my throat on the way down and I needed to wash it down with liquid. The worst. I have ever had. At a restaurant. The salsa bar was actually embarrassing...the habanero salsa had turned sour. There was one good a salsa there, but they have these signs: "One trip only" and "Not for takeout". And the containers are like the size of my thumb!! Sheesh...thanks for making your patrons feel welcome. I had a blended strawberry margarita that was yummy (or maybe the tequila was super-welcomed to my very empty tummy!) And my water was refilled without my asking -which I always appreciate. Other than that - total bummer. Thumbs down. Which is too bad...Myrtle Creek has a nice RV park (Mill Site), and some cute city parks, it could use a good mid-priced restaurant.More

Stopped here along the way home from Roseburg after not being able to find a Mexican restaurant there that we remembered. Walked in and was seated and our waiter Gerald was one of our favorites we had wait on us in another place near home....The carnitas was soft and flavorful one of my favorites. Very clean with a nice bar and easy parking.More

It's ok, but there is better elsewhere. This place serves your basic, generic Americanized, Mexican food. Not terrible but definitely nothing to write home about.

We stopped here for dinner on our way back home to California, and we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of food. The reason I say this is because there's not a whole lot around Myrtle Creek. It's not a large city so to find...a high quality mexican restaurant around that area kind of surprised us. We ordered tacos and thought they were a good size and pretty delicious! They have regular soft drinks but also bottled mexican drinks. Our waitress was pleasant and our food was brought out quickly. The price was great for a Taco Tuesday, and we would definitely come back here to eat again!More

First time visit at 3 PM on a Tuesday so it was very quite. Funky building, but friendly service. Food was absolutely delicious. Perfectly spiced. Best taco I ever had. Large portions, good prices. Full bar and adjacent sports bar. Will definitely go again. Worth...the drive from Canyonville.More
