Moved into our new apartment. Saw Gramma’s Corner from our window. Went once and have been back another two times in past week and a half. Family owned and staffed. Keisha is very friendly, pleasant, and remembers her guests. Her sister makes pies and other...desserts. The menu offers a senior section and gives free coffee/tea to veterans and first responders, which is a nice little perk. Heading home to Phoenix for a few weeks but can’t wait to get back.More

Super sweet waitress - awesome service! Great choices of traditional food. We loved our HUGE sandwiches - clubhouse, turkey Reuben, and patty melt. Great fresh side options. We sat outside which was lovely with the lake view!

Went for the first time and it was good. Portions were good. My son and I had the chicken fried steak with biscuits and gravy. My eggs were overcooked but his were perfect. Not a fan of the coffee it was bitter. We will be...back.More

This restaurant is heaven. The food fills the tummy good. The simple down home atmosphere offers a nice pace to slow down a bit. Located Downtown Milwaukie, just a simple Orange Max line southward from Portland. If there is extra room in the tummy for...some good homemade pie, then go for it.More

A more recent take on a long-standing restaurant location in Milwaukie, Clean, courteous, and fast service. The menu is good all-American comfort food with generous portions for the price. A great place to eat in old-downtown Milwaukie Oregon.

Our favorite local Clackamas place for breakfast is Dean’s, but if we happen to be in Milwaukie before mid-afternoon we’ll choose to go to Gramma’s. Both places have limited hours, so plan on elsewhere for dinner. Dean’s closes at 3pm. Gramma’s at 2; we goofed...once arriving at 2:45 thinking they closed at 3 also. Gramma’s puts out a nice-sized plate of vittles for a decent price. And it’s all cooked as if Gramma herself was the chef (and for all I know she may be). The bacon and other meats are superb, perhaps like at Dean’s procured from a high quality Portland area butcher, not some high volume, large commercial company. Their “southern” style white gravy is perfection on biscuits or anything else offered. There may be a wait time at popular hours, but the place is big enough to get you seated sans much delay. The menu is simple but thorough enough to cover anyone’s wants and the service is efficient, attentive, and friendly. The ambience is great too. The parking is a bit limited; there’s room in an adjoining lot, but it may be private to other businesses, so if necessary watch for any warning signage.More

Any breakfast food benefits from the homemade gravy! Biscuits and gravy are fantastic! Get a side of gravy to put on potatoes and meats. Excellent service.

Comfort food like your gramma served when you weren't company but just you. Pot roast, meat loaf, chicken, spaghetti...good and LOTS OF IT. Really good prices for a great meal and a fun joint. Had to give it 5 stars.

As a Milwaukie resident, I regret that it took me this long to visit Gramma's Corner. The breakfast was traditional and seamless, as if it's easy to make delicious, home style food that doesn't taste like it comes from a diner. The best part of...the meal was its friendly staff, whom I happened to overhear quietly treating a table of young Coast Guard members to a free meal to show their appreciation.More

Went to Gramma's Corner for breakfast before starting the last minute Christmas shopping sprint. We were seated after waiting for a few minutes waiting for a table to clear. While this place is comparatively small but popular, it is nicely laid out and thus the...reason for having to wait for a table. I ordered the corned beef hash and eggs and she ordered the "# 2" which is Pancakes 2 Eggs with choice of bacon or links. Along with the generous portions of food, coffee, and the great service it was a very good meal.More

At the time this question was posted it was Gramma's Corner. Since January 2018 it is Gramma's Corner Kitchen and is under new ownership of a long time employee and her daughter & son in law.
