Stopped in for lunch on a sunny mid-week day to a largely empty restaurant. The fish in the fish/chips meal was rockfish, lightly battered, and delicious. The portions were generous and the price very reasonable. Blackfish is closed Monday and Tuesday.

Take your time and have a nice quiet dinner here. It is worth the money! The fish is fresh, not frozen. The service is warm and welcoming. And the peanut butter pie is a MUST! Personally, we recommend the Calamari and Swordfish. Their fish &...More

We visited for the very first time and found the staff to be very friendly, they provided excellent customer service, the atmosphere was very quaint, and the food was superb. What a neat place to visit and return again and again.

We enjoyed the halibut special - good quality and flavor with ample portions. However, the service was very slow. Perhaps they had more guest than anticipated, but they needed more wait staff.

I know all the reviews are great, so maybe the 4 of us all ordered the wrong things. The best item we had was the crab cocktail that I think was a special. We all shared it and it was delicious. The next best item...More

We were late getting into town, on our way south, and super hungry. While other places were no longer open or seating customers, the Blackfish opened their arms to famished travelers. Boy are we glad they did. First - excellent service. The server was kind,...More

Good food in an inviting atmosphere with friendly staff. Sometimes it's a bit chilly in the cafe so bring a sweater

Fresh seafood well-prepared, good wine list, and they do a great lunch as well. Generous portions, tasty desserts. Who could ask for more? It's not terribly expensive: a bit above mid-range but not over-the-top expensive.

We live in Lincoln City Or. we travel a bit and have eaten in many many good restaurants ..BUT... the Blackfish here in L. City is heads above all others. These folks have mastered sauces, every bite is a party. Their recipes are perfection. We...More

If you mean "wine" list, not "wind" list, I suggest you contact the café directly.

Reservations are best as they are very busy. We did get in as a walkin on our first visit, but that was at 5pm or so early in the week. At most of the better coast restaurants we find it best to call ahead.

I would consider the prices mid range. We had appetizer, 2 dinner entrees, dessert, and wine for just under 100 dollars. Well worth it! The food is fresh and well prepared, and the service is friendly.
