We were staying just up the street so we had to stop for ice cream. Great 50s vibe with 24 flavors of ice cream. The bubble gum was blue with real gumballs and salted caramel was awesome. The ice cream was so good we cam back another night for dinner. The burgers were pretty good, but the fries were greasy.... More

Black licorice ice cream! Yum, yum. It's delicious, and a staple on the menu. Good quality ice cream, worth the trip.

Great ice cream with both traditional and fun flavours (beachcomber is fruit loops flavoured with Pop rocks!). The absolute best black raspberry milkshakes and the kids loves their Sundays. You Gotta Try It

Anytime I am in La Grande I enjoy stopping here for ice cream. One of these days I will try their hamburgers and onion rings which smell delicious. Most recently, my wife enjoyed a cherry limeade and I had a black raspberry milkshake. We enjoyed both very much. The milkshake flavor reminded me of the black raspberries I enjoyed eating... More

This is not fast food. This is a delicious, authentic sock-hop-soda-bar mouth melting menu. A hard working owner who provides a place for community, teams and travelers. Lots of love and interest in making you a happy meal with an enjoyable atmosphere. A must visit for La Grande!!

A must for those traveling through. Experience a small diner experience with the jukebox. Great food and the owner is amazing. She wants the experience to be great. Great food. Has great ice cream, great staff and such a family friendly diner.

The kind of place you want to stop at when you have plenty of time and feel like turning back the clock 40 or 50 years. It's the same kind of noisy, homey atmosphere the old soda fountains & burger shops used to have back in the day, complete with a big jukebox back in the corner if you're so... More

This is a small venue which is a cross between an ice cream parlor and a small burger joint. I've never had the burgers, but the ice cream sure is good, and the staff is friendly. Take your kids. It's like entering a time capsule and going back 1950's middle America. Andy of Mayberry might just walk it any minute.

Delicious burgers, sweet potato puffs and homemade ice cream! Licorice ice cream is truly unique and delicious! The owner is a lovely, friendly woman, who, since we are from Texas, invited us to come back to try the Southwest burger and spicy chili. We are looking forward to it! This classic old place was well worth visiting. We really wish... More
