The breakfast offerings are very flavorful. The setting is very informal. The baked goods are divine. The drive to the restaurant is scenic. You order at the counter, then poor your own coffee, and seat yourself. They promptly bring your order to your table, and...More

It's a quarter hour south of Hillsboro, but it's a great destination for a drive when the weather is nice. Soup and sandwich is the specialty for lunch. And they do it very well. I'm partial to the half Ham & Swiss with soup, if...More

What a wonderful find in the middle of nowhere.....smile. You go up to the counter to place order and pay, in the process you walk by all the wonderful pastries they have, scones, muffins, tarts, cinnamon rolls......etc. But don't stop there, the quiche is great,...More

We had a bachelorette brunch here, and it was PERFECT! Great munchies (scones, muffins, pastries), great sandwiches and even better beverages. I had the iced chai, and the bride-to-be had a mimosa with fresh blackberries in it! Yum!

Love this place. It is a mix of old school country cafe with a twist of Portland culture. Lots of long time locals and foodies willing to drive out into the country. The food and drink is excellent, the historic cafe is an eye treat,...More

We were looking to eat some quiche. So I did a search in line and found this place not too far out of town. Visited for breakfast to-go, so I could take it home for my wife. I wasn't disappointed with the quiche itself, but...More
