Bajio is the BEST Mexican restaurant i have eaten at anywhere in the Portland area! The food is fresh, clean and delicious! They offer GREAT menu choices along with a choice of 2 sides! I always bring my out of town guests.. no one has been disappointed! Give it a try when you're in the area!

This place is a wanna be chiptole. I ordered a burrito, they made it fast but then is just sat there. Cooling down. They made my friends chimichanga. Then they gave us the food. My burrito was cold. I tried to eat it but it was very good cold. I asked if they could reheat it or remake it. They... More

Stopped in for a quick bite after a long day. I had the Burrito Classico and my husband had the stuffed quesadilla. We both enjoyed our dinners very much. Recommend for a quick lunch or dinner.

It is certainly better than Taco Bell or Taco Del Mar or such fast food places as this. I always have the Bajio soup as this is the least offensive as far as things that are a little more healthy and heaven knows that Mexican Foods are unhealthy for the most part. Good food served your way. Nice friendly atmosphere. Order your entrée and customize it as you work your way down the line as it is being prepared. Very fresh.

My husband and I decided to try this restaurant out on a whim and have eaten here at least once a month for the last 2 years. The food is always fresh, made to order, with daily specials and a staff that is always cheerful. Today was extra special - Mothers Day. I was so delighted when a server presented... More

When we go out for a meal it is special when the food is fresh and has a great taste. Had the chicken fajita with the sweet rice and it is very filling meal that also gives the opportunity for something different.
