We stayed at the RimRock for 3 nights and enjoyed breakfasts, lunches, and dinners there. Everything we had was delicious, from perfectly done fried chicken, to a delicious burger. But, the pancakes were amazing. I have probably had a thousand pancakes in my life, but these had so much flavor to them. Plus, they were also nice and light, not... More

Cabot cooks up a tasty burger, and you can't beat the view of the Joseph Canyon. Very quaint dining area with a deck as well.

I can't give this full stars since they did not have a menu for us to eat except kettle chips. So we had a drink on the deck and enjoyed the amazing view and chatted with the other diners. This place is cool but in the middle of nowhere ... which is not a bad thing. Absolutely beautiful area and... More

We stayed two nights in the tepees here, so we ate one dinner and two breakfasts. Dinner is a set menu, there is no choice. we had the pork burritos (or salad), which was actually very tasty. We knew ahead of time that there was no menu, only the posted meal, so we were fine with that. The country breakfast... More

We pulled in with a car load of hungry kids. The service was great! Their root beer is excellent. Everyone went away happy, which is a real achievement with teenagers.

Recently I had the opportunity to revisit a wonderful restaurant in Wallowa County, the Rimrock Inn. New owners Kim and Cabot are doing an amazing job of serving delicious food, providing outstanding service, and providing a dining location with breath taking views. Saturday night is steak night, and my rib eye melted in my mouth. The scalloped potatoes were memorable... More

Wonder why you should drive 30 plus miles for a meatloaf dinner. How about best meatloaf ever, excellent service and no better view with dinner anywhere.

On a recommendation from a local in Enterprise, we ate dinner here before checking into our tipi for the night. The food was very tasty and the staff was fantastic. We enjoyed the RimRock Inn very much!!

The food was a little overcooked. The service, however, was amazing. Stunning views. I suggest turning off the radio.

As the owner who can't be there everyday, your feedback is so important to us and helps us to make any changes necessary. We've had nearly a perfect record with regard to serving fresh, wonderful food, but I do believe I know the night when this occurred. No excuses, but we had a guest chef who found out a few... More
