We absolutely love this little cafe! The crepes are fantastic and the croissants are homemade. It was such an amazing comfortable atmosphere; you feel like you're visiting a great friends home.

My kids and I stayed in Depot Bay at a lovely Air BnB 2nd floor condo. How lucky are we that this delicious French Cafe was right beneath us on the first floor. I don't know what was better, the Cappuccino or the Croque Madam. A perfect treat for a rainy day. Worth the drive along the coast for lunch!

We stopped for lunch. My husband had a savory crepe with a few bay shrimp. I requested a vegetarian dish something without meat or cheese. I received a very thin piece of bread with sauteed mushrooms and zucchini squash with a green leaf garnish. It was seasoned nicely however there was no condiment on the bread. Mustard would have helped... More

Limited menu...food is good ( Crepes) some sweet treats. Very small, but works great for the vacation homes. Good coffee. When we were staying at the Bella Beach home, hours were irregular...could be because it was winter. Nice little place..staff friendly.. It was crowed when it was open, and that was fun as most of us were on vacation.I think... More

Outstanding great crepes. Savory or sweet. Not a run of the mill steak and eggs. No Ocean view but great decor.

They have great coffee and tea. Crepes are great. It is small and can crowd on weekends. We love it.

Adorable and quaint cafe right off the 101. Great mocha coffee and reasonably priced breakfast selections. The Croque Madam was good but I would personally serve it on a Criossant. "Croque Croissant"? The Bay Shrimp Croissant was perfect! Cute atmosphere setting en Francais. The menu needs some grammatical corrections but it's all good. No big deal. Good service. Small seating... More

You would never see it from 101 so you have to know where to find it at the north end of Lincoln beach just south of Gleneden Beach on the west side of the highway. The day we went last year the crepe machine died in the middle of dinner. With only the one machine it makes it difficult to... More

A great discovery! If you like French crepes, this is a must place to eat near Depoe Bay. The menu offers two types of crepes: those suitable for an entrie; those suitable for desert. We, of course, tried and and enjoyed both. CAUTION: This restaurant in very small and not really suitable for large groups. (We counted a total of... More

The owners go to France each year to expand their skills and menu, which currently ranges from crepes to quiches and sandwiches. Little tables, art on the walls, waited on by the owners more often than not.

The idea for this cafe has been resting in our minds for years, since the first time I unlocked the door to the French restaurant I was managing in California, to the moment I cooked with my new love and his mommy, not snails and Vouvray but Pinot and Pork!...I knew one day we would create a place to share our love of yummy things with the world! We all envisioned a cafe that would offer an escape from the ordinary and a window into the world of the extraordinary! With the guidance and support of our families and friends we are pleased to introduce the French inspired Cafe C'est La Vie to our coastal community. So please visit us soon and walk away with a smile on your face and a sweet crepe in hand!
