I went here with some work colleagues for breakfast. The service was great and so was the food. Everything that our group ordered was prepared perfectly and was delicious. We enjoyed this place so much that we went back for a second visit during our trip. We travel here regularly for work and will definitely return The Broken Yolk!

One of Corvallis hot spots for breakfast. Great food and cool hipster chic. Excellent coffee to compliment the fantastic selection of omelets, hash, breakfast burrito's, skillets and griddle. Not an every morning spot due to price but super treat!

The previous reviewer "Rosielikestotravel" is mistaken. "The Broken Yolk Cafe" is open, has not closed, their lease is good for another 10 years. She must be confusing the Cafe with a different restaurant. We ate there this morning and nothing has changed. We had the 3rd Street Scramble and the Miss Swiss. One with fruit, which was a little tough,... More

Great place. I hope they will one day open somewhere again. This was one of the neatest finds in corvallis. No fair that their lease didn't get renewed.

Usually a fairly long line to wait in, but that seems to be the case with most brunch places around town. Not my favorite brunch place (Brick and Mortar takes the cake, followed by Caves), but it gets the job done. I've always had friendly service, but the wait time is long and the food isn't phenomenal (it's about average,... More

Excellent breakfast. HUGE portions and really well prepared omelets, skillets meat and eggs etc. Highly recommend it. It gets really busy on weekend mornings so come early or expect to wait.

Have only eaten here once, but really enjoyed it. They have Loco Moco on the menu, a traditional Hawaiian breakfast, and it's great. Friendly service, generous servings, local and sustainable, grass fed beef, really varied menu. It's a popular place, and even one visit you can see why. The pancakes (my friend had) were underdone and too heavy, but everything... More

In town and looking for something local...this is the place. Hostess was a bit unpleasant with our special request (there was 5 of us and we didn't want to cram in a 4 person table), but the waiter and food was so great that we came back two days in a row!!

My husband & I shared the Broken yolk omelet. It was huge! Glad we shared one. Very tasty too. Great service, quaint atmosphere.
