The food here is always good and consistat. There are two huge menus, one for American and the other for Chinese food. The servers are always pleasant and helpful. Service tends to get a bit slow at times.

Sandwich was more than I could eat. Hubby's fish and chips was more than he could eat. Portions are good sized, good eats. Quiet restaurant, friendly staff. Diner style restaurant, good value.
Eh... not impressed one iota. This place needs a face lift. I didn't feel comfortable eating here because it just didn't seem very clean. The food was not anything special either. The Asian lady that was our server was very friendly and liked to talk...More

Not a good place to eat. The staff was not concerned with the patrons. The food was not prepared in an edible fashion.. Greasy undercooked slimmy mess.

Middle-of-the-road Chinese fare. Nothing outstanding. Quiet atmosphere. Easily accessible. In the heart of Brookings. Would return, but not first choice.
Our 1st visit to Onion Grill. Nothing to look at from the outside but nice inside. We had a combination fried shrimp, cod fish, Cole slaw and French fries...average in taste and price. Waitress had a little trouble staying focused...when we asked for extra lemon...More
