We’ve always liked the food but it’s not inexpensive. For the price of dinner they could turn up the thermostat.

We stopped by Alloro, hoping they were open that day. We were early, by about 15 minutes, but one of the two owners let us in and let us choose our table. The experience was wonderful, start to finish. Our entrees were perfect - just...More
Alloro was a wonderful choice to celebrate a special birthday. We were greeted by the owner who led us to a front window table with a small Happy Birthday sign on the table. We were then treated to a bottle of prosecco in celebration. The...More

The title really says it all. This is a new favorite for my husband and I. The chestnut porcini soup is the best. Plus, the owner and chef are welcoming and so fun to chat with about the local food scene.

Small place, good wine selection. I had the fish stew, was very good, clear broth very flavorful. Friend had the pork loin, very good also, super tender. Service was average. Owner made my friend a cranberry margarita, she liked.
