I have been coming to Mimi's since 2008 when I started traveling to Pauls Valley. I LOVE their breakfast! Good ole' country cooking! The biscuits and gravy are the best! Usually get out of there spending about $12 for 2 people for breakfast. The service is exactly what you would expect at a small-town diner, warm and friendly.

We eat here nearly every Saturday morning. The breakfast menu offers a variety of choices. Biscuits are homemade and are the best. The lunch menu offers an old-fashioned home cooked meal. The desserts are also delicious. This is a small town cafe where locals meet up to drink coffee and socialize. There is also a large after-church bunch on Sundays.... More

This is a breakfast and lunch place. Popular with the locals to come in for a cup of coffee and visit. The food is fair and the service is pleasant. Mimi's is located right in the center of town.

A hang out for the locals. Breakfast any time of day. Their hamburgers are really good and they have home made chips.

We stopped in for lunch on a Sunday and decided to have the Turkey and dressing. It was good, the potatoes were real, not instant, but the veggies were canned. They did have spiced apple rings, which took me back to my childhood. The food was tasty and the service good. The highlight was the chocolate sheet cake for dessert.... More

We ate here with some friends, hubby and father in law had cheeseburgers and chili cheese fries and tater tots. Both enjoyed, I had a small grilled chicken salad with oil and vinegar dressing. The coffee was good and got plenty of refills.

Classic hole in the wall. Service was fast, food tasty and hot. We split chicken fried stake and a short stack of homemade pancakes. We where full and still had some left. Total bill $10.50 (no drinks). Good food

Based on the positive reviews, although there were only two of them, we decided to try Mimi's. It was disappointing. Everything seemed to be simply frozen/reheated and/or out of a can. The mashed potatoes tasted like instant potatoes, so I'm assuming they were. It's hard to duplicate that fake spud taste with real potatoes. The one positive thing I can... More
