In town for a college reunion- the group decided to go to the Mule for dinner. What a fun place! Very hip vibe! Best Mule I ever had! Food was spot on too! So happy to see this part of town thriving. I only wish the Mule was around when I was in college!

Lunch with a friend on a sunny spring day. It was nice to sit on the patio AND have great service outside! Our water glasses were never less than half full. Food was unique & yummy. This is a pretty casual place & would not be great for a business lunch.

When I am in OKC I have always had to make a stop at The Mule to have several favorites! Unfortunately they have fallen prey to business costs and have minimized signature dishes that they don't rcognize as the reason people go back or recommend them. The specialty curds went from something special to tiny bits that are not special.... More

So it's a sandwich with BBQ pulled pork and macaroni piled on top of it, and it was delicious. Came with a bowl of tomato bisque soup which was equally as good. Neat area of okc that i had never been to before and there were lots of little eclectic shops/ice cream etc. for a fun afternoon on a sunny... More

Been here a couple of times and will go back as often as I can. Great sandwiches - love the Portacatoosa. Ask to be seated on the patio if the weather is nice.

This is a very hidden gem in OKC. The food is exceptional. The atmosphere is not too bad either. The service staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

The atmosphere is fun and upbeat, it's a little loud at times so if you are looking for a quiet spot to visit be sure to tell them so so they can seat you accordingly. We sat inside in a long booth. I have only been here once, but I am always looking for a reason to be in this... More

Best sandwich selection I've seen in maybe forever! I only I wish I had more than one opportunity to eat here. We had the FYDH and the Portacatoosa. I wanted to try everything! Great beer selection, too. Put this on your list when downtown.

I took my family of four on a Friday evening and had a short wait. I had a patty melt with chili, my wife had the Fancy Pants chicken sandwich with tomato soup, and both of my kids got the grilled cheese. The sandwiches, soup and chili were all full of flavor. Overall, good food for a good value.

My daughters and friends have told my wife and I several times to visit this restaurant. They all talked about the Macaroni Pony. I'm not a big fan of macaroni and cheese and I'm not a big fan of food with lots of cheese. But I finally bent to the pressure of the missus and went with my two younger... More
