There were five in our party on this visit. Three of the meals were almost 100 percent correctly cooked. One was blueberry pancakes with sausage patties, second meal was the classic breakfast and the third meal was the pot roast dinner and it was very...good with the exception of the carrots being under cooked. Now this is were things go south. The other two meals were the peppercorn and onion sauce on top of a 6oz sirloin steak with baked potato, butter and sour cream and broccoli. When got to this point in our meal we had waited thirty five minutes for the first plate to be served. The waitress was to notch, keeping our drinks full and apologizing for the long wait, she said a very large take out order came in just before we came in. Back to the steak dinners, the first one that came out the waitress said the cook said this was the medium well steak and it ended up being rare so I gave it the the other person which is what they had ordered but the baked potato was hard. The other steak which was mine came out and the waitress said check it so I did and when I showed her the center she said wow that one is rare also and took it back and brought back a different steak after several minutes that was correct, except for the baked potato that was not done. My wife went up and said something to the manager just make sure he was aware of the long wait and food problems that we had and the waitress did an excellent job taking care of us. Long before the food started coming out wrong I feel that the manager should have come to our table to apologize for the long wait and again after the last two meals were bad. The general manager did come to our table and apologize and mad it right. I feel that this is not a normal situation at this restaurant but it needs to be said in case it happens over and over. Sorry this was so long.More

Great to know that somethings never change My wife and I were first introduced to Bob Evans in 1976 we were serving in the Dayton Ohio area. We moved out of the region in 1980 and since then have only occasionally had the opportunity to...revisit the restaurant. What a delight to be back in the area and re-visit the restaurant that we so enjoyed years ago. They had obviously gone through some kind of major renovation, the farm theme was prominent throughout the restaurant and the food was better than ever Thank you Bob Evans for enriching the memories. Our first time ever eating at this chain and thought it was very good. We were on a road trip and stopped for dinner off of rte.71W. We found it very clean and inviting and the service was prompt and friendly. Their endless supply of...bread was fantastic and our waitress even gave us some of the banana bread wrapped in a "to go" box. The meals were plentiful with a nice variety of sides to choose from and everything tasted good. We enjoyed our meals, but just wished they served alcohol as well.More

Bob Evans was new to us on this road trip. We stopped in three times, our first visit in Erie, PA. (I have a review for that as well). We really enjoyed our meal and our server was great. This was a totally different experience....Our server was very rude - at one time even asking "Is that what you want?" as if she was irritated with our trying to figure out the menu. Did not enjoy our experience at all. Would return to Bob Evans again, but probably not this location if we were in town. We might give it a second chance but would refuse that waitress.More

Opting for something other than fast food drive throughs when travelling - try a Bob Evans. A much better and healthier choice than the drive through. Service was good, food was good and price was great. I'll be back. Thank you

I gave this place an "Average" mark. I am allergic to onions and garlic and any of that family. I mentioned this to the server, but was assured that the potatoes with my meal were 'clean'. There was a hint of onion there, and unwisely,...I ate them. Had a very unpleasant night. I do wish that restaurants would take my allergy seriously. Obviously they fried the potatoes in a pan used for onionated food before. But service was great.More

We waited about 2 minutes to be seated and our waitress took good care of us. The food was delicious and hot when it was served.

A lot of waiting. Took 20 minutes to get coffee. Food good. The restaurant needs to do a better at focusing on customer service

We stopped here traveling to see family for the holidays. Our server was very polite and did a superb job taking care of us. The food was good, typical Bob Evans quality. My only issue was while I was using the bathroom facilities, the young...man who seated us walked from the stall, having finished his business, and then proceeded back to the front of the restaurant where he was working without washing his hands. If he had been our server I would have refused to allow him to handle our food. In my opinion, hand-washing for all employees should be a must for all employees in the restaurant business.More
