There aren't that many convenient Starbucks locations between Cleveland and Columbus. This one has reasonably good service (and a drive through) but it is a bit difficult to find as you have to do a bit of winding around to actually get to it. I absolutely patronize this Starbucks at least once a week for Black Tea for Vanilla Bean Frappucino. Service is excellent and drinks are made exactly how you specify them to be made. A great stop if you are traveling through Sunbury or visiting the outlet...mall.More
I stopped in on my way to the neighboring hotel for a snack and drink. My food & drink were made perfectly amd extremely fast! The cashier was friendly and funny. Great stop!
Just off the interstate in and out very quick as expected for Starbucks. Walking distance from the Hampton Inn was a plus.
I used the drive-thru window on the evening of 10/21/16. The young woman that took my order was friendly but seemed as if she may have been recently trained. I had asked for a receipt and she said that she could not get it to...print. I told her it was no big deal but she said she already called someone over to look at the register because they seemed to not be working properly. I believe the man that came over was Tyler or Taylor. He was very flustered and quite rude. His exact words when he arrived at her register were "Christ what now". I again said, "its no big deal don't sweat it". He would not look out the drive-thru window and even acknowledge me. In a huff he said to the woman on the register "it won't work, so no receipts". Then he walked away huffing and puffing. I do not know if he is the manager or was the shift leader. Whatever case, he was rude to his fellow employee and rude to me the customer. If I were his boss I would train him a bit more on customer service and how to handle stressful situations. Fellow employees will work better under positive environments and should never be nervous to ask for help from a supervisor. I also understand we all have bad days, but when we work with customers we have to put our issues aside.More
They were packed! But we still got in and out with our drinks in about 15 minutes. Not bad considering this is in the Tanger Outlet mall complex and no other options on site for craft drinks.
This is a great place to stop while traveling! Busy place but very efficient and fast! Love it! 😊 clean, friendly, great job on the lattes!
I have been to many Starbucks and essentially they all serve the same quality coffee. What was outstanding about this location was the cheerfulness of the girl serving at the drive thru. She was engaged, interested in the conversation and very friendly. It was a...great way to distract me from the fact they had a slight hold up and my coffee took a min longer than usual. Good work!More
This Starbucks location is an easy exit off Interstate 71, the baristas always make my drink correctly, they are super friendly and even look like they are enjoying what they do.
wonderful coffee, nice people. close to hotel, no waiting, had everything we ask for, told us about a great place to eat in Delaware
