Neat place, very open and a bit cavernous, and busy for a Monday night when I visited. It was loud, so if you have small kids, or kids that get overwhelmed by sensory stimulation, this may not be the place for you. Friendly staff, very...helpful! So I tried the Belgian cream ale first, it was okay. I love Belgian styles, and it fell a bit short for me, but still a very approachable beer. Did a small flight of their barrel aged beers, and Inthink my favorite was the BA Abominator, clean doppelbock with barrel character. The BA Brandy Maple is very intense, not sure I could drink more than the sample size, as it a a bit boozy, very intense raisiny dark fruits, and slightly unbalanced. The red lager was clean, and a good beginner beer, or for those that prefer standard American lagers. I had the brisket tacos and jalapeño cheddar grits. I was torn between those tacos and the pork belly tacos, but got the brisket. Both were very good, however the brisket was just a tad bit on the dry side. Great selection of bourbons and mixed drinks, and wines for the non beer drinkers, and house made seltzers. To go beer cooler is also full their barrel aged beers, which are sold in single bottles. I’m not from the area, but I’d visit again when down here. So many other breweries while I’m in town. LolMore

The beer was OK and the service was OK. Although the place was not busy. There is nothing special about the building. From the cement floors to other hard surfaces, it seems like this place would be really loud if there are many people there....At the end of the dat, $6 for a 12 ounce (at best) beer is too much.More

We stopped by Warped Wing on our way back from Cincinnati. Facility is new and very nice looking. Our food was good and so were the beers, although they could stand to have more IPAs on tap. Our server was very nice and checked back...on us often. We will definitely stop back in when we're in the area.More

The servers and hosts at this restaurant go the extra mile. They are friendly, seem to like their jobs, and do great work. The building, is nice. The beer has a long way to go. My husband and I, let's just say we are in...our late 50's and have a lot of beer drinking experience. The beer may be a work in progress, so may improve as time goes on, but what we tasted so far, is less than perfect. The beer was thin on flavor, carbonation was ok. The panama beer was almost undrinkable, which is sinful, we did drink it, but it was literally hard to swallow. The stouts were probably their best effort. They are typically NOT my preference, but at warp wing, I preferred them. There is an extremely limited IPA selection, they need to expand the selection of IPA's. The kolsch beer was unimpressive. We did leave the restaurant with a 6 pack of liquid picnic. This was the one beer that was light, had a hint of coconut/pineapple and hopefully will be as drinkable out of the can. We had an appetizer of mushrooms that were okay, but the food at Lock 27 Brewing and beer at Lock 27 blow this place right out of the water. We also prefer the beer at Fret Board.More

Been open awhile now and has really taken off as a favorite of mine. Food is excellent slow smoked options and service is always friendly and great. I would say that I am a beer fan, and this place has a great variety and they...are all great. What makes me come back, other than great beer of course, is the staff.More

Love this location. Good food and service most of the time. Outdoor area is great when the weather is nice. Party room is reasonably priced and holds plenty of people. Love their Mac and cheese and chicken chunks!

When it first opened, Warped Wing had a wonky ordering system that kept diners waiting far too long for their meals and drinks; fortunately, the owners responded to the well deserved criticism, and revamped the entire process. Kudos to them for listening and responding so...quickly! What's new, you ask? Warped Wing now has a full service wait staff, just like any other restaurant in town, *AND they now open 7 days a week! The wait time is minimal now, you have a dedicated server to handle your drink and food order, and those servers are friendly and well trained! The smoked meats get to your table MUCH faster! You can now enjoy your favorite beer (mine is the stout "Creepshow") and food at the same time. I used to have my beer glass emptied by the time they got around to allowing a food order to happen; no more! You can ask for extra sauce with your order if you like your brisket or pork more "wet", as the chef prefers to let the smoking process be the dominant aspect of the food, not hiding his flavors with sugary sauces. The smoke is intense, similar to a Carolina style BBQ, but it's in no way dry or tough. My favorite is the Brisket sandwich served on a pretzel bun with their seasoned fries and an extra side of cowboy beans. I order it with a dollop of their house BBQ sauce, but the meat has always been tender and juicy without the sauce. Overall, this local smokery and on-site brewery deserves to be given a second chance by those who unarguably had poor experiences when they first opened. I was at the actual ribbon-cutting back on August 27, and experienced first hand the original, confounding ordering process, so I know how far they have come and how much they have proactively changed to make the guests' overall experience exponentially better. And, they're now open every day of the week, instead of being closed Monday and Tuesday. I'm going there today (Tuesday)for a BBQ rib special they're offering, come on by!More

It's a brewery with an overly complicated system to order underwhelming food. We had the pulled pork not enough sauce and the smoked bologna much thicker cut than what I am accustomed to. LOL I am highfalutin on bologna. Pretzel sticks were came with two...types of cheese just okay. The mac and cheese was the best of the bunch served in a paper basket.More

We waited to come until they had been open a couple of weeks, so they could work out the bugs. Our Foursome arrived about 4pm on Saturday. The guests ahead of us did not have masks on, and they did not enforce their posted mask...policy. After sitting down, our 'barmaid' introduced herself and let us know the system. She would take care of serving drinks only, but for food, we had to wait our turn and when the beeper went off on the table, we were instructed to walk over to the food area where we would order and pay for food. They offer appetizers, but I was told that all food would arrive at the same time, so we skipped the appetizer. We got our drinks after about 5 minutes and the food beeper went off about 10 minutes after that. The beer was excellent, and the food was terrible. At our table we had bratwurst, fried chicken sliders and some pork nachos. There was no way to have snacks while we were drinking our beer, the food was nothing special, and we didn't see our barmaid for the last half of our visit. We actually paid our bar tab through the hostess who seated us. The only reason to go to this place is to drink beer, and only if you don't want food. Even if you like some of the food, the system of ordering and paying separately is a bad system.More
