Pub style bistro which was clean and inviting - order and pay at the counter and do the same for drinks. The $10 lunch specials were decent sized and tasted pretty good, including pie and vegies, roast of the day and a vegie burger. They also offered a $19 pub classics menu which includes an entree and main or main... More

Recommended by our host where we are staying for the night. Pleasant enough pub grub. Scotch Fillet was good, chips coldish and salad slathered in a forgettable white dressing. Just use good old balsamic and oil dressing would be my advice. Staff offered good customer service.

Some huge changes since we visited 12 months ago... Our party of five for a birthday celebration all had superb meals, staff are friendly and the service was great. We would highly recommend Furner's Bistro and will be back soon.

A lot of people but service was fairly quick considering. I had eaten the Lasagne a longtime ago at this restaurant was hoping the recipe had been changed. WHERE was the cheese sauce??? WHERE was the tomato, is this left over rissoles partially squashed up with a fork and sprinkled in clumps sparingly between layer upon layer of pasta sheets.... More

We stopped in after getting into town late, easy parking out the back for our camper and a very welcoming building. There are loads of historical photos on the walls as you enter and there is the history of the pub well written on the wall in the bistro. The food came out reasonably quickly and was very tasty. Cannot... More

1st time here, thoroughly enjoyed what we ordered. We had the roast of the day (pork, with crackle) it was absolutely delicious, the chicken parmigiana, the cheesecake of the day, a chocolate mousse one and a mixed berry one, and the banana split. They have a two meal special for $18, meal and dessert or entrees and meal, smaller meals... More
