Great food and service. We were given a table as soon as we walked up to reception. Ordered at the bar, got drinks and were seated. Meals turned up promptly and were delicious. Great atmosphere and food

We had a brilliant time here. Started off in the public bar. The locals were all so friendly and welcoming. We stayed on for dinner and the food was so good. I had the Trout - so fresh and cooked perfectly. Hubby had the Scotch Fillet - and he loved it. The bar attendant (Mandy?) is truly an asset. So... More

These guys were full to the brim on Easter Sunday and managed very well. Good portion sizes, left satisfied.

Accommodation was good. The food in the restaurant was also good except for the wine prices. A bottle of wine which retails for $20 cost us $40, which I thought was a bit much.

located on the far side of strahan township it is worth seeking out. Wonderful location to watch the sun set and see the boats and trains coming and going. Lovely home cooked meals and reasonably priced.

A comprehensive menu catering for most tastes. The service was efficient, the meals generous the prices reasonable and the atmosphere pleasant. The dining room looked out to sea and captured the sunsets. The whole place reminded us of the typical country pub, with good parking, a gaming room and separate bar area with pool tables. We dined there on two... More

Thank God for this place. Nothing much seemed to be open on the March long weekend. Or, if it was, it was booked up. This place, though, we couldn't fault. Good food. Reasonable prices. Fast & friendly service. There's not much to fault. With a beautiful view. Thank you!

this was a funny little place, almost like a cafeteria but more upscale. Food was very reasonable but fairly pedestrian. A lot of families here. Little gambling area off in the back. we enjoyed it but really weren't sure what to think.

Reasonable menu choice at average prices for these days. I ordered the roast of the day which was a very big serving and my husband order the beef stroganoff which was also a big serving with vegetables as well. The restaurant was neat and clean BUT could you please iron the tablecloths - it would have just made that big... More
