Nice staff, good live music, late nights and a young crowd. Shame about the sticky carpet and young drunkards. Pity the music starts to late. Never eaten there.

They didn't really have Tapas here, just pizza and I'm not sure they even make it there. But it arrived hot and was excellent pizza. This is basically a rock and roll bar on the weekend near as we could tell. Couldn't get a booking at Molly Malones and in the end were glad we didn't.

This place stinks, floors are sticky, some bartenders rude and rotten atmosphere. I will not be wasting my precious time entering this uninspiring, ugly, place again. Cmon Devonport, you are meant to be moving forward not backwards. Oh well, at least the bogans have a good place to hang, so well done for that. In short, next time someone asks... More

Yucky squishy carpet when you walk on it. Bit of gloomy feel wouldn't really go again unless there was a band on.

The lack of any type of food here totally spoils it. The live music is sensational, atmosphere good but if I want to sit for a decent amount of time listening to great music which they do have with friends, and have a few drinks, with out any form of food I get restless and move on. maybe that causes... The Audreys played at Tapas Lounge Bar Friday night. They were consummate professionals throughout the night – playing in extremely difficult circumstances. The attendance was low – around 20. It seemed the manager was only interested in letting in pool playing punters and the 11 pm crowd. These people were only interested in their own “high volume” agendas. It was... More

I've seen a couple of bands here. The size of the place is reasonable with a proper set up for bands, and there are couches to relax in. Both nights I went though, the place lacked atmosphere but I don't know why. Perhaps on a different night it would have been better.

Unfortunatley i did not get a chance to taste to food. I landed in launceston for a holiday and after unpacking was after a nice cold one around 11pm. Found this place close to where i was staying on a mall strip in devonport. Initial impressions were great. They had a live band playing classical rock. I went to the... More

Walked in and was told to take my jacket off because it had a hood. The reason being if fights are started people can put there hoods on and not be identified. The girl I was with was told to take off her jacket as well on a cold winter night. Never been to a bar in Tassie where this... More

This is one of the best eating experiences enjoyed in ages!! HIGHLY recommended. Pan sealed scallops to die for .. beef medalians perfection. Thirsty Thursday - $5 drinks great food, free chiros with chocolate dipping sauce with every main. Free entertainment laid back, great atmosphere... Devonport has needed this!
