Would have to be the best restaurant along the coast. The menu has a fantastic variety and the food is top quality. I doubt they ever get a complaint. The atmosphere is wonderful as is the service. The prices might be a little high for an every week visit of 3 courses but don't let that put you off as... More

One of my favourite restaurants in Burnie to come too! Wonderful service and the best creme brûlée & crumble.

This restaurant is obviously for special occasions: every table had a birthday. The location is unique being the old disused Train Station, with a disused tourist train parked outside. It is reasonably expensive for Burnie, meals and wine. We limited our intake but it still cost $267 for 4 adults. The table service by the lady owner was impeccable. A... More

This place is a hidden gem in Burnie. A must do relaxing place to enjoy first class faultless meals and a huge wine list at good prices. My wife and I have dined here over 20 times and our last visit in April gave us the same wonderful experience. PetaAnn is a great host. Do yourselves a favour and book... More

Great food and good service. The meal are very large so take your appetite. Quaint setting along beside the railway station. The Dom pedro dessert is to die for.

Party of. 9 well looked after, excellent food ,good service. Extensive menu, good wine selection, my garlic prawns (generous portion) were beautiful, and steak main course, cooked to perfection and masses of mushrooms in the sauce. Highly recommended.

If you can forgive the wine list then this restaurant is sure to delight. A minimalist approach to Tasmanian wines, and a glass that was kindly returned to the waitress to never be seen again did not ruin the night. Rather a voluptuous choice of fine food made up for it. I delighted in escargot, wontons and apple and rhubarb... More

I had high hopes for Baltimore as I heard it was one of the nicer restaurants in town. It's located in an old train depot. You'd think it would be charming. I will say the place was clean and the waitstaff nice. The decor however was very bland and dated. While nice decor is a plus it's really the food... More

Myself and 3 friends went for dinner. We all ordered the spinach and ricotta cannelloni with pizzaiola sauce. We were informed there were only 3 left (?), so my friend ordered margherita pizza - she was the lucky one! The cannelloni was awful, the filling was bland and very dry, and there was no pizzaiola sauce. However, the side salad... More
